I loved this place. Location is amazing—a short walk both to the historic center and to the train station. So convenient. Room was lovely with modern decor and very clean. People were nice and breakfast bar was solid. Strong rec for the money.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a solo trip. The room was clean and spacious, very comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom was big with an enormous shower. A hearty breakfast was provided, although the sausages and hash browns were cold on both occasions. Although a 24 hr coffee/tea was provided, this was only in the eating area. A 4 * hotel should provide coffee machines in every room, rather then having to go out of your room and on to another floor to use this facility. Fantastic location, so easy to get around.

Totally catfished on the room appearance. The website tried to give an updated modern vibe, but the room was run down, drab and had dirty, stained carpet and damaged counters in the bathroom. One of the windows was broken and unable to be opened. The HVAC didn’t appear to have any temp adjustment so the room was super hot. I will give the location a 10/10. Great walking distance to key sights and tons of food and shopping options. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well.

our stay was terrible. We were ‘welcomed’ by a receptionist who was busy on her phone editing a video on her social media. The room was far too hot and receptionist said to just keep the fan on. The room got hotter and it seems it was blowing warm air. Sent a message to the hotel via Expedia as the receptionist wasn’t helpful even though we had a baby with us who was dehydrated from how hot the room was. Turns out the central heating system works as a heater this time of year regardless of the room already being warm. No fan or AC available. There was a chair in the room and the decor on it was hanging off with a sharp pin hanging off on the side. This is very dangerous especially if babies/children are in the room. The area outside the hotel has a very bad smell of urine. Not sure how this hotel is a 4 star, definitely isn’t 4 stars. Will not be recommending or staying here again. Worst hotel experience. Thank goodness for the breakfast staff and food hence the one star and not zero.

Really convenient hotel but located in the plaza area so if you have heavy luggage be prepared as a car cannot drop you off or pick you up right outside. The walk to a pick up point though is not far! Staff were lovely and friendly.

Positives: Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was delicious with multiple options (hot and cold). Free coffee, cappuccino, tea all day. Great location, walkable distance to city center, supermarket, and shopping. Negatives: Our safe was locked in the room so we couldn’t use it. No ironing board. Stained carpet. Room didn’t look like any of the options in the pictures advertised online (outdated and dingy), drains were clogged - slowly draining.

It’s a great location and the staff were very nice. The rooms were clean and mostly updated except for the carpet but it was fine, just not newer. The breakfast had lots of variety and options. When I booked the hotel it said they had laundry facilities but upon arrival I was told they didn’t. They did help accommodate us and the cleaning staff washed a load of our laundry for 20 euros. Overall it was a good experience.

Room in attic was spacious but temperature very hot. Even with a/c and window open. Leak from ceiling in bathroom. Didn't like bath as nowhere to put showerhead when using soap. Good cleanliness and decor. Very musty corridor and could snell breakfast in corridor. Staff not very friendly and breakfast was very basic.

Nice hotel with excellent location. Rooms could do with an update, dirty, stained carpets. Air conditioning is more like a fan and very noisy. Glad it wasn't really hot because it would have been unbearable. Great breakfast and amazing choice. Overall was a good hotel to stay in
