We just completed our 3rd stay at this property and we hope to return, so that alone tells you something. We love Prague and staying at this property makes each visit perfect. The location is close to Old Town Square, and many restaurants, grocery stores and Old Town points of interest can easily be reached within a 10-to-15-minute walk. The apartment has all the amenities you can hope for in a “home away from home” and what makes this property extraordinary it the host, Rached. He is responsive to all inquiries before, during and after your stay and the transfer service he offers to/from the Prague airport is reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this property and if all goes as hoped, I’ll be returning to this city of a hundred spires and this “Kozi” apartment.

This is a wonderful property. Great communication before the stay. Rachad met us at the door, took us up to the apartment, and showed us its many amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and plates. An excellent espresso machine fully stocked with beans meant that we never had to buy extra coffee. Plenty of teas from which to choose. Spices, oil, and balsamic vinegar are supplied. Satellite TV was available. The apartment is just a short walk to virtually every tourist site and a short walk from the metro stop. The neighborhood is safe, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. This is one of the two finest rental properties I have visited.

One of the best stays we've had. First off, the location is unbeatable. It's maybe 2 minutes walk to the square? 7 minutes to Charles Bridge? You are right in the old town area and everything is just a short walk away. There's a brilliant bakery right downstairs and grocery one minute down the road. As for the apartment itself, it's gorgeous. Modern amenities, everything you could possibly ask for. Big high ceilings, comfortable furniture, spotless kitchen and bath, very well maintained. Very secure space as well. Responsive host who even met us at check-in. I don't know what else to say except if you can stay here you absolutely should do it. Again, one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in.

Excellent apartment and location

The apartment is immaculate and Rached was patient with all my questions. Couple of tips --to walk to old town square it's literally 3-4 minutes...if you take the right street. Walk right out of the apartment with James Dean restaurant on the right and the wine shop on the left and keep going straight. Also the Bake Shop is great for croissants etc. But if you're looking for a cozy place to be served breakfast try Au Gourmand next to the wine shop--it has a garden and outdoor seating in the back. Also good for lunch or dinner.

Fantastic stay in Prague.

Rached was a great host. Upon arrival, his colleague met us at the apartment and showed us where everything was, including the instructions for the combined washer and dryer. Rached arranged a taxi to take us to the airport upon our departure which was greatly appreciated. Rached also provided us local restaurants to dine which were wonderful. Try the local food, it is delicious. The apartment is lovely and it looked just like the pictures. It was very clean, quiet, well furnished, and a fantastic location to everything. Felt very safe. You can walk everywhere from the apartment. There is a pastry/cafe/coffee shop 20 steps from the apartment, which we used daily. Plus a grocery store across the street at the far corner. Walked to all our tours which was no more than 20 minutes away; usually most were 10 minutes. My niece and I had a fantastic time and I would definitely stay here again at Collection Cozy upon my return to Prague. I think it’s my new favorite city.

Wonderful Stay in Old Town

This was an excellent location for our first visit toPrague. The apartment was spacious, beautiful and well equipped. Check in and communication with the owner was exceptional. The apartment is within a 5 min walk to Old Town, restaurants and grocery shopping.

The BEST Old Town Prague Property with Excellent Owner

We have rented this property twice. It perfectly meets our location, amenities and owner needs. It’s located on a commercial street that is relatively quiet in comparison to the hustle & bustle of the Old Town Square, which is only a 5-minute walk from this property. The apartment is secure and the surrounding area safe. Also, amazing concerts are regularly offered at most of the historic Old Town cathedrals, which are within a 15-minute walk or tram ride. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and large dining table. Reliable and fast are the best adjectives to describe the WiFi and washing machine. What makes this property stand out as “THE BEST” is the owner Rached. He is an exemplary property manager. He promptly responded to all my inquiries before and during our stay. All my interactions with him were professional, thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Un appartement très confortable, très bien équipé, calme et très bien situé. La literie assure de bonnes nuits par le confort. Rachede est à notre écoute et très réactif aux demandes Une boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble et une épicerie à 2 minutes ont facilité les repas que nous avons cuisinés. Excellent Location & Accommodations in heart of Old Town

We booked this place as we liked the photos and the location. The apartment did not disappoint. It's in an older building but the apartment is completely renovated and has super-high ceilings and the modern amenities you expect. It's very spacious and nicely appointed. There is one bedroom at the back with an ensuite bathroom, while the other bedroom is in the middle. The kitchen, dining room & living room are very spacious. The apartment is steps away from restaurants, bars, bakery and convenience stores. It's 3-4 minutes walk from the old town square. This was an excellent base for our time in Prague.

Perfect location / cozy and comfortable

This apartment worked perfect for us. There were three of us to include our young adult daughter. It was nice that after a long day of being out, we could come back and enjoy alone time. It was specious and comfortable. There is a bake shop on one corner (best in old town in my opinion) and a convience store on the other corner. We walked everywhere, it was so centerly located. We did take the train out of town one day, and it was an easy walk to the main train station. The host is amazing and communication was very fast. We opted use the driver and get picked up and dropped off at the airport, it was the best decision for us. Saved alot of headache and stress.

There are not enough words to describe this place and the Host. The property is setup so it really feels like home and our Host was amazing. Great communication, very courteous and responsive. He really made us feel like we could relax and have nothing to worry about. The beds are so comfortable, the towels plush, and the coffee amazing. I will be back to Prague and we will stay here if it is available.

Rached was very helpful when we arrived late at night without euros ! The apartment was amazing ! Spacious, clean, well equipped plus a beautiful bake house down below . Perfect location
