I was given two twin beds and for the first night although I didn’t choose twin beds. When asked for king bed, I was told that there were no other room available for the night, but I was promised same grade room with king bed starting the next day. Unfortunately, next day when I went to the checkin counter, I was told that there are no rooms available and they can only provide a king bed with a downgraded room, without even an apology. This could have been handled a lot better. Other than this poor handling by the hotel management , I am happy with my stay.

Great Hotel in the Middle of the Old city and close to everything. Room was specious and clean. Very good breakfast options and quality of the food. Staff was friendly and very helpful, including restaurant recommendations.

The check-in staff were polite—that was the only positive. My room was clean but absolutely freezing. When I asked about heat, two older gentlemen at the desk snapped, “We don’t have heat. Turn off the air.” So I was expected to sleep in 12–13 degrees outside with the inside being so cold with no heat at all? That’s absurd and unacceptable. I will never stay here again, and will strongly warn others to avoid this place when it is cold weather.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the popular attractions, but the facilities are somewhat outdated—especially the bathroom, which has an unpleasant odor and noticeable cracks at the base of the sink.

The stay was very good but two conditions vas not so good: The drawings in the wardrobe was very dusty, and we had to dust them ourselves before placing clothes in them. The towels were changed every day as if they were hung on the rack and even though there was a sign stating the opposite. It was reported two times with no effect. It looks like poor management og cleaning staff - and greenwashing!
