Beachfront hotel with big communal pleasant grassed area under trees with free parking. The property is at walkable distance from the city centre and restaurants. Good breakfast. Rooms have good air conditioning but need doors refurbishment. You can hear the sea at all times. Seaview from the room is atonishing.

A localização é muito boa, porem, o quarto deixou a desejar, o estrado da cama todo quebrado fazendo com que o colchão ficasse caindo no meio da noite. A agua do cuveiro estremamente fedida, possivemente por ser agua de poço artesiano, cafe da manhã mediano.

O quarto muito mau cuidado, ventilador de teto enferrujado, banheiro com mofo no teto e nas cerâmicas, a porta de entrada fazia barulho ao abrir, a agua para tomar banho nao tem um cheiro agradável. Cafe da manha muito bom, as piscinas sao pequenas, academia com aparelhos mau cuidado e sem manutenção de alguns, quadra de volei e futebol ok, atendimento funcionarios ok.

A pousada tem seus prós e contras: Pros: Ótima localização, perto do centro ,perto da praia , quadras , piscinas , academia , um ótimo café da manhã , sala de jogos. Contra: Nossos amigos tiveram problema com a reserva dos quartos, no anúncio do aplicativo não ficam bem definidos sobre os quartos, no meu quarto tive problema com banheiro voltando mal cheiro todos os dias . Mas fora isso, até que é boa , principalmente pela proximidade ao centro

A praia tem água turva e pouca infraestrutura. O hotel está com péssima conservação, com uma série de defeitos de construção, e com o telhado no ponto de cair. O café da manhã é extramamente restrito e baixa qualidade. A reposição é demorada e as opções não permite alternativa. O colchão imundo.

Pontos positivos: Hotel em frente a praia. Ótima localização. Ampla área externa. Boa área de piscina. Boa academia. Café da manhã diverso. Rápido checkin e check out. Funcionários atenciosos em especial MARTA e MONALISA na recepção que fazem um atendimento super acolhedor. Pontos negativos: Faltam redes nas varandas dos quartos. Sinal de internet não chega a todos os quartos (incluindo varanda) com qualidade e velocidade. Televisão localizada encima de um móvel com risco de queda (a televisão deveria estar localizada na parede em frente as camas para melhor visualização e segurança). As cortinas blackout deveriam ser maiores tanto no comprimento quanto na largura para bloquearem totalmente a luz do sol que, pela manhã, deixa o quarto super claro. Falta tela mosquiteira nas janelas do banheiro.

Férias em família com intenção de descansar, porém a acústica do hotel é péssima, escutasse o barulho dos funcionários limpando os quartos ao lado, ( inclusive a música que eles ouvem enquanto trabalhavam), chegou um ônibus de excursão as 06:30 da manhã fazendo mais barulho ainda, reposição do café da manhã foi péssimo ( em especial no dia que a excursão chegou) cama do quarto que deveria ser confortável afinal estávamos em um hotel, horrível tive que colocar meu filho com pai na cama de casal eu dormi na de solteiro para ficar suportável, o banheiro um caos, água do chuveiro molha tudo menos a pessoa, banheiro ficava todo molhado por conta do ralo que não descia água. O espaço do hotel muito bom, porém eles não prezam pelo silêncio e a qualidade, quando você está de férias você quer um lugar para descansar principalmente em família, meu filho estava dormindo no quarto o pessoal da limpeza gritando, ouvindo música tivemos que pedir pra falar pouco mais baixo. Em fim nossa experiência não foi boa, infelizmente, quero ressaltar o atendente Alex que foi atencioso e solicito conosco.

Chegamos e estava sen energia ..piscina suja..mas algumas horas depois nirmalizou...instalacoes confortaveis colchao bom, na praia mesmo ...digo isso pq ja fui enganada por fotos de outros hoteis...cafe da manha pode melhorar um pouco pelo valor da diaria...no geral foi muito bom...area de rede nos coqueirais ...enfim valeu a estadia no geral!
