Welcome to Serenity Cottage-a retreat on just under 3 acres of whimsical landscaped grounds, the added bonuses being the pool and tennis court. Our cottage affords you an amazing balance of tranquility and convenience, designed to make you feel at home. Whether you're planning a sightseeing visit, a business stay, or a memorable family retreat, Serenity Cottage will be an experience that exceeds all expectations. Every detail has been crafted to envelop you in comfort, peace, and warmth. Our newly built cottage is spread out on two sun drenched levels. The first level is an ideal open floor plan that consists of your kitchen ( equipped with everything needed to prepare an amazing meal), laundry facility, family room, and a powder room. On this level you will also find board games, a television, and ample seating to lounge around . The second level of our home includes two bedrooms. Each bedroom is made complete with a king sized bed, a sitting area, plenty of wardrobe storage, and a television. Upstairs you will also find a shared spa like bath that houses complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash ( and much more). The cottage is yours to use, so stay a while! You have 1/3 of a 3 car garage to use as well as one driveway spot. * It is important to note -our HOA prohibits street parking; if additional parking is needed , please contact us prior to your check in date for options that do not include street parking . *
