The location was fantastic. Home was comfortable and well equipped. Lovely landscaping, amazing views/setting, and things were lovely.Only issues:The hot tub was having electrical issues, so that wasn't available. And there seemed to be a couple of safety hazards. The north end of the deck was pretty unsafe and needs to be fixed. Nothing about the underneath structure is safe. Also, exposed extension cords under the deck also seems like an electrical hazard.

We were a 60 hockey team playing in a tournament and needed a place that could accommodate the whole team. This house was perfect. Large areas to gather, pool table and foosball table to mention a couple. The house has different levels allowing people a bit of separation if the wanted it. The furniture is comfortable and there are plenty of places to gather. We were there in March so the lake wasn't really part of our stay but based on all the water sports equipment around I'm sure it would be an excellent summer retreat. The drive to the rink was about 40 minutes but it was worth if to get this type of accommodation. We would definitely stay there again.

Dream come true
My husband and I stayed at the lake house with our six daughters and their families. The house accommodated all of us. We had a wonderful time exploring the lovely grounds and playing on the playground equipment with our 12 grandchildren. Adventures on the lake were amazing!Beautiful place!

A Perfect Family Getaway
We stayed here from June 20–23 with a group of 19 family members, and this home was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches and amazing amenities throughout.Even though the weather wasn’t sunny during our stay, we still had an incredible time. The house had plenty to do for all ages—from games and cozy indoor spaces to outdoor fun when the skies cleared up. The yard is gorgeous, and the lake access (with awesome water toys) was a huge hit for the whole crew.This was our first time in Idaho, and this home truly made it feel like a hidden gem. We’re already talking about making this a yearly family tradition!One thing that made it even more special: the LDS-inspired touches throughout the home. Very nice house. Nice and big and had everything we needed for 19 people. Right by the Lake was fantastic for fishing and sunsets. 20 minutes to down town Cour D’Alene.
