Our stay was short and sweet. This hotel is located near everything and super convenient. Also right in front of the beach very close to the arena walking distance. Staff is awesome. Would definitely come back. I recommend room 29.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided, particularly by Maria and Mario, who were responsible for arranging our transportation. Despite forwarding the exact email they originally sent me, they claimed I entered the wrong address—which was simply not possible. I made it clear that I was traveling with three children, including one with special needs, and requested transportation well in advance. Yet when we arrived, stranded at the airport, there was no support or effort made to resolve the situation. We had booked three rooms, all of which were heavily infested with ants—completely unacceptable. Beyond handing over keys, there was little to no hospitality or assistance throughout our stay. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep and expect nothing more, this location may suffice. But if you value service, reliability, or basic cleanliness, I would look elsewhere.

Perfect hotel close to the beach and near all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a beautiful balcony with amazing views.

This is a rare gem located in the heart of Positano. This is one of the most beautiful views I have seen in the world, right outside of our hotel room terrace. The room comes with free breakfast, where you will be greeted by wonderful service. Each morning, Martina, Giovanni, and Giuseppe took wonderful care of us, just like we were family. They were fantastic! It is hard to find such good service as we did each morning at breakfast, and at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff were anlso welcoming anbd incredible. I highly recommend eating in Hotel Buca di Bacco restaurant. It was the most authentic and best food by far in Positano. The reception staff was also wonderful, and willing to help with what you need. You will not be able to check in until 3pm as this is a busy hotel. They will call a porter and taxi when you need one. The hotel is very clean, and the cleaning staff was amazing. There were days they came in and cleaned the hotel room twice. Thank you for a fantastic stay here. I would definitely book this hotel again when I come back to Positano. It was a fantastic experience.

Most amazing hotel and views from our balcony! Positano is stunning and we could not have picked a more magnificent spot. Getting off the ferry (which is absolutely the easiest way to arrive) we had a short walk over a small walking bridge and no stairs to the hotel. (Do not use google maps - local porter showed us the way at no charge) The bellman met us at the bottom of the town stairs and took our luggage (after I went to the front desk so they could send him). A game changer! The staff for breakfast and dinner and front desk were so wonderful and gracious. Our room was so gorgeous #43 ~ we can’t say enough. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends planning a visit to the Amalfi coast.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, close to the ferry, beach, restaurants. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and at home. Their warmth and hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the ferry, making it incredibly convenient to get to and from. We visited seven different places during our trip through Italy, and without a doubt, this was our favorite hotel. Everything about it was exceptional. The breakfast each morning was a highlight — made with fresh, local ingredients and served with care. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Positano.

Amazing place within steps of the beach. Great location. Fabulous breakfasts each morning overlooking the sea. The staff was amazing. Recommend you hire a porter in advance to get your bags to and from the hotel. There are a lot of steps and it's a long way to a "main" roadway.
