Casa di Nikola is recently restored stone villa with an outdoor swimming pool. It is located in a quiet small village Slivnica Donja , 20 km from Zadar and 5 km from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a toilet, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 persons. 

With a touch of nostalgia and history offers all the comfort necessary for modern man. You will be greeted by a spacious courtyard with big playground for children, beautiful pool surrounded by sun loungers and covered area with barbecue and place to eat. In addition to the pool villa also offers  bocce field. Everything is enclosed by wall so you will enjoy in total privacy. The interior of this old Dalmatian house will really amaze you. The whole house is covered with exposed stone walls and old ceiling beams and wooden floors. Combination of modern simplicity and rustic details will leave you breathless. There is also indoor and outdoor barbecue, playground for children and lots of open space for your children any furry friends to enjoy. For additional relaxation there is also a jacuzzi.

Villa also offers parking and 4 bicycles to explore the rural surroundings. Come and experience an unforgettable vacation!

Super tolles Haus und Grundstück

Wir sind von den Eigentümern sehr herzlich empfangen worden ... das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Es war alles da und wir waren trotz der Feiertage gut versorgt. Das Haus war traumhaft und für unsere erwachsenen Kinder perfekt und sportlich gesehen sehr abwechslungsreich. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Also was will man mehr ... einfach nur super!!!!
