Welcome to this spacious semi-detached house with swimming pool and whirlpool close to the beach.



This large holiday home consists of two apartments that are connected by an external staircase. It is therefore ideal for a holiday with a family of friends or your extended family, for whom privacy is also important. In any case, you won't be bored in the house. In addition to a table football table, there are also darts and some board games. The private swimming pool is the centrepiece of the garden. Around it you will find a terrace and high-quality garden furniture where you can relax. There is also a hot tub for 6 people.



Grab your beach bag and head to the pebble beach of the Novigrad Sea. It is just a few 100 metres away. There are several small beaches to choose from. Spend many fun-filled hours in and around the water.

You can also take a trip to the beautiful city of Zadar. The harbour city has a lot to offer. Discover the impressive old town and take a break at the Sea Organ, where you can listen to the waves playing.
