Clean and comfortable, very warm in room, didn't have breakfast, easy to park. It's on a retail park with various shops and McDonald's and KFC and Costa so convenient.

Avoid if possible. You can see where the pennies have been saved to make it 'budget'. Your only seat in the room is an upturned bucket, the locks that are meant keep people who aren't guests from going up to the rooms don't work, and although they advertise that late check-out is available (and promise when you arrive that it will be if you ask again in the morning), it never actually is.
