You will be located in heart of Southsea and able to enjoy walks to Old Portsmouth and to the Beach.

We are trying to do our bit for the environment Wherever possible we are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following: Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible/time permitting) Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don`t throw them away!) They are British-made and Cruelty free too Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths. Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties without prior agreement. The apartment is in a residential block and can sleep a max of 4 single people (one per bed and sofa). No Smoking No Parties, No stag or hen groups. At least one person must be over 25. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
