I booked this room specifically for the balcony and bring someone who hates spiders, I was not able to enjoy it at all. Spent almost $400 for one night and couldn’t sit out there once it got dark all the spiders became active.

An absolutely beautiful view of Hampton Beach staff very friendly and helpful. The room could use a few updates and plan on eating out no kitchen microwave and toaster oven only.

Wonderful Hotel!

Atlantic Breeze Suites is our go to hotel when we travel to Hampton Beach. The rooms are amazing and the view from the oceanfront rooms is spectacular. This was our fourth or fifth time staying at this hotel and we will continue to book it as often as we can.
