On a spacious 1100m² plot of land with 240m² of built area, it has three suites, a full kitchen, a large living room and a charming guest bathroom. Its spacious spaces, wooden and masonry elements, burnt cement flooring, swimming pool, spacious pergola, 110m² deck and 40m² balcony create a sublime environment.
All suites have air conditioning and a fan.
