Péssima experiência: O chão do banheiro era terrível, não dava pra saber se era sujeira, rejunte mal feito, mancha, um aspecto horrível Travesseiro cheirando a mofo Roupa de cama amarelada No segundo quarto da hospedagem a parede do banheiro toda descascando Tinha uma barata no quarto Corredor chegando no quarto com cheiro ruim Umas Piscinas interditadas (entendo que seja necessária a manutenção mas deveriam deixar claro pra quem for reservar) Achei tão ruim que saí um dia antes mesmo perdendo a diária.

O hotel apresenta uma estrutura excelente, bons funcionários que ajudam e são atenciosos . Gostaria de parabenizar o pessoal da recepção e o rapaz que nos ajudou com as malas. Todos bem atenciosos! Acredito que a única coisa que ficou a desejar foi o café da manhã, pois o mesmo não tinha suco de laranja da própria fruta, os bolos pareciam duros e secos , sentir falta de uma maior variedade de frutas. No mais , o hotel é lindo , praia em frente excelente.

A experiência de ser tratado muito bem do começo ao fim, o Clayton nos recebeu na porta para ajudar com as Malas, o Kaique na Recepção nos tratou com muito respeito e elegância, foi super paciente com minhas dúvidas e nos deu indicações de restaurantes. A equipe de limpeza deixou tudo muito organizado e limpo no quarto todos os dias, o café da manhã estava impecável, tinha um cara de óculos super educado e animado repondo a mesa, a Brenda na Janta nos recebeu muito bem no restaurante e nos serviu um jantar bem saboroso. O tio da Recreação animado com gincanas foi um diferencial , jogou vôlei conosco na praia em frente ao hotel, muito animado e educado. Durante a noite me senti mais seguro chegando todos os dias do centro e sendo recebido pelo segurança na porta do hotel, foi uma experiência especial estar nesse hotel, gostamos muito e esperamos voltar logo . Equipe foi sensacional com uma baita estrutura e treinamento impecável. Agradeço a todos!

Tive uma boa estadia, o quarto era espaçoso com varanda, que acabei não usando. O hotel tem um área boa e grande com bastante verde. O café da manhã bom, bem servido, apesar de poucas opções e simples, é diferente das fotos das redes sociais, ficou a desejar. O ponto ótimo foi a tapioca feita na hora, mas só teve nos 3 primeiros dias, depois tiraram, uma pena. Localização muito boa na frente da praia, e com quiosque que pude usufruir sem ter que consumir, os valores bem acessíveis. Um bom custo e beneficio.
