Stairway to heaven and hell

The room was gorgeous and it smelled delicious, but it was on top of the hill and to go back up the stairs were a killer. They never explained that or the fact that there was no room service because of that. Mind you I stayed t the super luxe more expensive room that had which had no room service. The girls, Geovanna and Cleo are wonderful. They had no vegetable milk and Cleo had it made specially for me. I was underwhelmed by the famous beach and it was crazy hot, but at night it is fboulous. My room was too much for the beach resort that needs an update. Other than that quite nice overall

Inseto na sobremesa e recepcionistas despreparadas

Detestei o atendimento das recepcionistas. A da noite falou um "Ei" comigo no WhatsApp, quando fui reclamar pela segunda vez que não havia água quente no chuveiro. Ela disse que estavam reparando, mas ao final do reparo não recebi um aviso e acabei dormindo sem banho, pois banho frio me deixa doente. A da manhã não se despediu de nós demonstrando emoção, foi seca, parecia que estava feliz com nossa saída, sendo que fomos bons hóspedes e educados o tempo todo. Na hora do almoço, identifiquei que havia um bichinho na sobremesa, o garçom tentou me dizer que foi na hora que pôs na mesa que deve ter pousada, mas não foi, porque assim que foi posto na mesa eu já comecei a comer. O inseto já estava na sobremesa vinda da cozinha.

Bom hotel pé na areia

Bom hotel de frente para o mar, praia maravilhosa, bom quarto, cama e ar condicionado, o que mais incomodou foi a demora nos atendimentos de café da manhã e bar, após reclamações melhoraram, antes da visita enviei mensagens e algumas não foram respondidas, liguei 2 vezes e não atenderam o telefone, comida do restaurante boa, poderia ser melhor, a gerente da noite muito atenciosa e preocupada.
