Excelente Casa e Ótima Localização
A casa e o condomínio são excelentes! A Tatiana é super simpática e de fácil acesso quando necessário e a Cris é uma funcionária exemplar, usou máscara o tempo todo e deixou a casa limpinha todos os dias! Já tive uma experiência bem ruim com locação em Arraial, mas felizmente, a casa da Tatiana superou as expectativas: tudo limpinho, sem cheiro de mofo, wi-fi, limpeza diária, ar condicionado eficiente, duchas maravilhosas, e localização excelente. Não alugamos carro, o condomínio fica do lado do ponto de ônibus e vans. Não animei andar por conta da ladeira, mas para descer foi bem rápido. As 3 camas de casal são mais para o lado "duro", e as de solteiro, são mais macias. A praia tem muitas pedras e só dá para entrar com a maré baixa, mas é só andar pela praia até Mucugê. Não foi problema, mesmo porque o condomínio tem uma piscina enorme. Enfim, com certeza voltarei e recomendarei aos amigos.

Linda casa e condominio!
Casa com boa estrutura, limpa, bonita. Condominio é o ponto forte, com piscinas e jardinagem linda! A Cris (ajudante da casa) é uma ótima cozinheira, vale a pena contratá-la por fora. A proprietária sempre está aberta para dúvidas.

Estadia maravilhosa!!
Nossa estadia foi excelente. A casa é muito limpa e tinha tudo que precisávamos. Fomos recebidos muito bem pela Cris que foi muito educada, cordial e ainda preparou um delicioso bolo na nossa chegada. A Tatiana é uma excelente anfitriã. Sempre respondeu as minhas dúvidas com rapidez e educação. Além disso, passou todas as informações de que precisávamos. Não tenho o que me queixar. Foi tudo maravilhoso e espero voltar em breve.

Super recomento a casa da Tatiana!
Sua assistente a Cris, é um amorzinho e de uma generosidade sem tamanho.
Sua casa é muito bem cuidada, limpa, com roupas de cama confortáveis feito com muito carinho. Superou e muito as nossas expectativas.
A casa é ampla arejada e muito bem equipada e atende perfeitamente todas as necessidades dos hospedes, como gostamos cozinhar, tem vários utensílios de cozinha, churrasqueira, excelentes duchas.
Sem falar no condomínio que é maravilhoso!
A praia em frente é um espetáculo a parte.
