Muito boa!

Pousada muito linda, aconchegante e tranquila. Bem próximo ao centrinho, fica em uma rua sem saída e muito calma. Funcionårios super atenciosos, prestativos, café da manhã bom, de tarde tem um cafezinho com bolo, uma delícia. Piscina quentinha o tempo todo, jardim bem cuidado, é bem calma e silenciosa, muito gostosa pra descansar. Ponto negativo: WIFI nao funciona no quarto que fiquei, gastei todo meu plano de dados (4G) e isso me deixou bastante chateada e com prejuízo. A funcionaria disse que infelizmente possuem esse problema, só funciona bem nas areas comuns. Pontos a melhorar: as cortinas blackout não cobrem as janelas na totalidade e fica muito claro até mesmo de noite (fiquei no quarto 10). Outro ponto de melhoria (simples e fåcil de resolver) é colocar papel toalha para enxugar as mãos no banheiro próx ao refeitório.

Lugar muito bom

Hotel bem localizado. Alguns detalhes nos levaram a nĂŁo dar 5 estrelas, tais como, mesa de sinuca que estĂĄ precisando de uma reforma urgente. As escadas que dĂŁo acesso aos quartos superiores deveriam ter faixas antiderrapante, pois, quando chove fica muito lisa, inclusive, tomei um tombo. No geral um excelente Hotel.

A pousada é muito bonita e agradåvel mas precisa de manutenção nos quartos e banheiros pois as paredes estão manchadas e com cheiro de mofo. O café da manhã é bom mas pode melhorar começando pela disposição e apresentação da comida. Equipe de recepção muito atenciosa e prestativa.

Decepcionante. Propaganda enganosa.

Quando chegamos nĂŁo encontraram a reserva que jĂĄ estava garantida e paga. Tivemos que aguardar atĂ© ser resolvido. Quarto simples mas muuuito abafado. Ar condicionado velho, sem potencia e com barulho absurdo. Pia do banheiro velha e com vazamento. Mas o pior de tudo foi o colchĂŁo. ColchĂŁo velho e de pĂ©ssima qualidade. Foram seis noites mal dormidas. A piscina precisa de reparos. E foi o PIOR cafĂ© da manhĂŁ que jĂĄ presenciei no Arraial. CafĂ© da manhĂŁ simples demais e muito mal apresentado. Completamente desorganizado. ( completamente diferente das imagens apresentadas) NĂŁo recomendo esta pousada Ă  ninguĂ©m. NUNCA MAIS me hospedarei neste lugar. PĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia com a pousada e com a expedia que nĂŁo repassou a reserva para a pousada.

Ótima opção de pousada

Uma ótima opção para estadia em Arraial d'Ajuda. Ficamos num quarto com hidro massagem, espaçoso, ar condicionado novo, frigobar, TV satélite e ducha de aquecimento central. A varanda tinha rede e vista parcial para a piscina.
