Une pompe à fric
Un appartement qui a été refait il y a plusieurs années et qui depuis se dégrade et est juste une pompe à fric : chauffe eau qui fuit, câbles électriques arrachés, plusieurs prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, volet roulant de devant qui ne fonctionne pas, fenêtres qui ne se verrouillent pas, simple vitrage, le canapé dépliant cassé et matelas trop grand, Clim uniquement dans la chambre et pas dans le salon… à fuir
