In the heart of the city of Porto and a few minutes from the historic center and downtown Porto. The privileged view over the Douro River is charming. OportoBestView-Sun is welcoming and has all the amenities to enjoy a good holiday. It has a spacious and romantic bedroom, in the living area there is a sofa bed that after opening is the size of a double bed.
The apartment is located in the historic area of the city, on a street that will "empty" next to Alfandega da Fé. It has mini supermarkets close by, typical restaurants and an excellent neighborhood.
All the most important places to visit are 5 minutes walk, the river and the bridge D. Luís, as well as great restaurants and for all tastes that surround the apartment. All of this is a great attraction for those who want to spend a short break, a week, a month or even a year in a city full of history and charm.

Overall disappointing

The location and the view are great and the flat looks nice. However, the whole appartment was of very cheap quality. The walls are thin, so we could hear every noise from the streets as well as from the neighbours. The matrass was so uncomfortable that my girlfriend had to sleep on the couch for two weeks. There was no washing mashine, despite it being in the advertisement so we had to go to the self service laundry (which was quite expensive, 5€ per machine). The ventilation in the bathroom was broken, there were no garbage bags, no broom, … Small things, but they added up. However, most irritating for me was the communication with the host. Only upon request we were told how to get to the flat, how to check in, where to bring the trash, etc. Only at the airport I could reach someone who told me where to go. There was no accomodation from the host when asked about the problems of the flat whatsoever and I was given the feeling of being petty. We enjoyed our stay in Porto, but not because but despite the flat.
