What a cool hotel, easy to walk to different neighborhoods. Staff was extremely friendly and the grounds and rooms are beautiful. We had a car and parked next door which was relatively smooth, they have a partnership so payment and access was super simple. Only experience that wasn’t the greatest was waiting for a drink at their bar (any cocktail took a while but wine was good to order!)

Very nice hotel and staff. Beautiful grounds, pool and gardens. The buildings are architecturaly stunning. 15 to 20 minute walk to downtown attractions. Plenty of local restaurants around the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel is typical of many neighborhoods in Porto. 12 e from train station and 21 e to airport by uber.

Situated in a lovely part of the city, this oasis of a hotel was quite a surprise. Definitely not in at the touristy area and that was what made it really wonderful. We were able to go to the busy parts in the daytime and then come back to this wonderful garden behind the walls. Spectacular restaurant space and very attentive and pleasant staff all around.

We really liked the atmosphere, staff and location. Great breakfast served in a beautiful room. Literally stayed in a palace with modern conveniences. Parking next door was convenient and reasonable (18E). Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved this place. They restored a grand old hotel with modern touches while still preserving the beauty of an old world hotel. Service was wonderful. Location fabulous. Bed comfortable. Shower amazing. Lighting lovely. Linens furnishings classy. This is a place WELL WORTH the money. I would stay there again in a minute if I’m back in Porto.
