Everything. I have stayed at a lot of nice hotels. But this was one of the best ever. Rooms and property are exceptional. Staff are amazing. Dinner was superb as was the live entertainment. Breakfast is also very very good. Buffet plus some alacarte choices.

The room was well-appointed with a coffee maker, kettle, water, tea, milk for the coffee and tea, desk and chair. The shower was large with a great shower head. The bed was comfortable. We stayed here for 8 nights while we visited Porto. What an excellent choice! The breakfast buffet was top notch with great menu choices and buffet options. When we arrived, they still had the lobby decorated with Christmas decorations. It was very lovely. We had an early flight from Porto and they prepared a box breakfast for us. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I would definitely stay here again! The staff were always very kind, accommodating (Victor at the front desk was helpful in securing a restaurant reservation for us), and welcoming. The spa area was really nice! I loved the sauna and pool, so relaxing after a day sightseeing and walking in Porto. The breakfast staff were always cordial and hospitable when we arrived for our breakfast each morning.

Fabulous hotel. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and quite kind. The property was beautiful. Heated pool and sauna were very nice.
