The apartment is well located in central Porto, within walking distance to all major attractions, and it's pretty quiet as well in the evening. Property owner is very responsive with communication, reaching out to us after booking, answering questions before arriving, arranging transport from the airport to the apartment, and giving us recommendations on sightseeing, shopping and dinning. The kitchen area of the apartment is a little tight, but we didn't need to cookso it is fine. The main bedroom is quite large and AC in the apartment helps in the hot summer days. The only complaint was the bed made loud squeaking noice when sitting down or turning, and during our stay, the blanket felt not dry, so it was a little uncomfortable. Overall, we had a good time at Porto and recommend this apartment.

We had a problem checking in because we didnt realize we needed to contact the owner ahead of time. After all "hotel" is in the name. Must have Whatsapp long before you travel. Apparently owner does not have access to your email address.

Location location location! This apartment is located one street below Clerigos tower, and you can see it from the top floor apartment. The apartment is well managed and had everything we needed for a safe and comfortable stay. We walked everywhere and rented the two top floor apartments for our family. Small spaces with a well equipped kit hen too. Many shops nearby but insulated from the traffic. Highly recommend!

Great place in Porto

Well designed, modern, spotless apartment on a side street in Porto. They thought of everything - a first aid kit, info on how to call emergency services, shopping nearby, etc. Owners/managers Hugo and Gabriela met me at the apartment and gave me all the info I needed. They were extremely communicative and responsive on Whatsapp before and during my stay. The Welcome Basket had water, chocolate and a bottle of port. What could be better! A note - if you can't walk up a steep street or steep stairs, this is not a good place for you. When I go back to Porto sometime (there's tons to do), I would stay here again.

Great place and location at the top of the hill. If you have mobility issues, recommend not staying here as there is no elevator. Also, Porto is very hilly and the walk from the riverfront to the hotel is very steep and strenuous. Great place if you don’t mind the walk. Staff are excellent!!!!

Great little flat in historic district

Excellent location in the historic area of Porto. Easily walk to main tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants/bars. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. Good Wi-Fi so I was able to get some work done. Perfect for solo or couples.

Great stay!

I had a great stay and the apartment was super close to everything. The apartment was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I felt very safe as a solo traveler. The host left port wine and chocolates as a welcome, which was such a nice touch. Hugo, the host, was easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp, so I always felt that if I needed something, there was someone I could get in touch with.

This apartment was everything we needed and more, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. It felt both quiet and calm while being just a few steps away from some of Porto's most popular areas, like the Torre dos Clérigos, whose lovely bells you can hear from the apartment. Overall a truly lovely place to stay.
