Villino Valentina is a holiday home for 6 guests, 300 meters away from the beach and near the city centre of Torre Lapillo. It`s the ideal solution for a those who want to spend their holidays by the seaside locations near Porto Cesareo.
The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, portable barbecue, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, tv and mosquito nets. The guests have at their disposal a bicycle. Pets are not allowed.

entirely fenced and introduced by a porch with dining area.
Villino Valentina opens into a corridor with 2 double bedrooms. Moreover, there are a bathroom with shower, living room with dining area and air conditioning, tv, sofa bed and kitchenette.
There
are two outdoor areas at the back the holiday home: the laundry area
with washing machine and dishwasher and the other with outdoor shower
and sink.

Villino Valentina is in Torre Lapillo, 300 meters from the beach establishment Lido Max. The famous seaside location is 6 kilometers away from Porto Cesareo and a short drive away from the most beautiful beaches in the area of Punta Prosciutto.

Lapillo with its commercial and tourist amenities. Moreover, in the
Summer evenings, it`s held the daily market which is worth visiting.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Mosquito nets at the windows.
