The house is located in "L'Approdo", north of the town of Porto Cesareo, 150 meters from the beach of Torre Chianca and that of the Dunes. The historic center of Porto Cesareo is 3.5 km away and can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. Other places of interest in the vicinity are the archaeological site of "Scalo di Furno" less than 1 km, the Isola dei Conigli about 2.5 km, La Strea about 6 km, the high-speed test track of Nardò about 8 km.
Structures of interest in the immediate vicinity are the bathing establishments "Le Dune" and "Il Tabù" and the "Nautico l'Approdo".

Wunderbarer Ort für Strandurlaub - un posto meraviglioso per le vacanze al mare
Wir waren vier Erwachsene und ein Kind und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. In zwei Minuten ist man am Strand, in 25 Minuten zu Fuß im Porto Cesareo
Eravamo quattro adulti e un bambino e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci vuole due minuti per arrivare alla spiaggia e 25 minuti per raggiungere Porto Cesareo a piedi.
Das Haus ist so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und bietet bequemen Platz für sieben Personen. Eine weitere Person könnte im Wohnraum schlafen. Gut war, dass alle Fenster mit Mückengittern ausgestattet sind.
La casa è come illustrata nelle foto e può ospitare comodamente sette persone. Una persona in più potrebbe dormire nel soggiorno. È stato benissimo che tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere.
Die Bäder sind klein aber zweckmäßig. Sie sollen diesen Winter renoviert werden.
I bagni sono piccoli ma funzionali. Saranno ristrutturati quest'inverno.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
Il padrone di casa è molto cordiale e senza complicazioni. Ci piacerebbe tornare.

Alloggio consigliato su una delle spiagge più belle
Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana nella casa di ugo.
La posizione è ideale per visitare le bellissime città della zona come Lecce Otranto o Gallipolli. A soli 3 minuti di distanza dalla casa si trova una meravigliosa baia balneare. Porto cesareo è raggiungibile in auto in 5 minuti e offre i servizi necessari per lo shopping.
La casa e bella, pulita e spaziosa. L'arredamento è semplice ma bello. La casa offre tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare, ci potrebbero essere stati alcuni bicchieri o taglieri in più.
Hugo è stato un padrone di casa estremamente cordiale e ci ha fornito importanti informazioni e consigli utili.
Anche l'incontro con i suoi suoceri alla consegna della casa è stato molto bello.
Nel complesso, è molto consigliabile come alloggio se volete conoscere la Puglia e trascorrere una bella vacanza al mare.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Ugo's Haus. Die Lage ist ideal, um die schönen Städte in der Region wie Lecce Otranto oder Gallipolli zu besuchen. Nur 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt befindet sich eine wunderschöne Strandbucht. Porto cesareo ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar und bietet die notwendigen Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Das Haus ist schön, sauber und geräumig. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber schön. Das Haus bietet alle notwendigen Utensilien zum Kochen, es hätten ein paarzusätzliche Gläser oder Schneidebretter mehr sein können. Hugo war ein äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber und gab uns wichtige Informationen und nützliche Tipps. Das Treffen mit seinen Schwiegereltern bei der Übergabe des Hauses war auch sehr schön. Insgesamt ist es als Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert, wenn Sie Apulien kennenlernen und einen schönen Urlaub am Meer verbringen wollen.

Villa comoda a due passi dal mare
La villa è ampia e dotata di ogni servizio per trascorrere una tranquilla vacanza al mare. Il proprietario Ugo, persona gentile, precisa e disponibile, non ci ha fatto mancare niente, dal cestino di benvenuto alle erbe aromatiche in giardino. Comode le bici messe a disposizione per raggiungere il paese vicino.

Posto ideale per una vacanza a tutto relax
Bella Villetta e perfetta la posizione, tranquilla, vicinissima allo splendido mare con acqua cristallina dello stabilimento Tabù raggiungibile a piedi in tre minuti! La Villa ha ampi spazi sia dentro con aria condizionata (anche in cucina) che fuori, è tutto molto curato. Il tavolo all'esterno all'ombra ti permette di mangiare fuori magari usando anche il barbecue . Il proprietario Ugo è gentilissimo e cura tutto nei minimi particolari, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla! Ci torneremo sicuramente
