About this property

Appartamento Collina sul Golfo 14

Apartment in a residential complex surrounded by nature and overlooking Mola Bay.

The apartment features a garden with a view of the Gulf of Mola, equipped with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. It includes parking and Wi-Fi.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, refrigerator, and LCD TV; one bedroom; and a hallway with a fold-away double bed. It has a private entrance and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

At the foot of the hill is Dog Beach, a sandy and gravel beach dedicated to our four-legged friends. The renowned beaches of Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, and Barabarca are just a few minutes’ drive away, as are the lively towns of Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.

Located across from the Baia di Mola landing, a natural harbor sheltered from most winds, where there is a buoy field open from May through October, offering berths for boats ranging from 4 to 16 meters.

A two-minute drive takes you to the Coop supermarket in Mola and the gas station, and in five minutes you can reach all the amenities of Porto Azzurro, which is just 1 km away. It is about 4 km from Capoliveri and a short distance from the most famous beaches of the southeastern coast.
