Encantadora casa en Kennebunkport - 10 minutos a pie de Dock Square

Bienvenido a Kennebunkport! Nuestra cómoda casa espera sus sueños de vacaciones. Esta casa de cuatro dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra a corta distancia del centro de Kennebunkport y de todas sus ofertas. Nuestra casa está ubicada a medio camino entre Kennebunkport y Cape Porpoise. Una sala de estar abierta / cocina / comedor permite un gran entretenimiento. Home cuenta con un dormitorio en el primer piso (cama matrimonial), baño completo y cuarto de lavado. El segundo piso tiene una pequeña sala de estar, baño completo y tres dormitorios adicionales (tres gemelos y una reina). Asientos y parrilla al aire libre para su disfrute!

La cocina está bien equipada con cafetera, microondas y ollas y sartenes. Las unidades de CA están en ambos niveles de la casa y hay una lavadora y secadora grandes. La propiedad está equipada con sábanas, toallas y toallas de playa.

Nuestra casa se encuentra a diez minutos a pie del centro de Kennebunkport, que tiene muchos restaurantes, tiendas y sitios maravillosos para ver. La playa Colony está a cinco minutos en automóvil y no requiere un pase para la playa, la playa Goose Rocks está a diez minutos en auto y puede obtener un permiso de playa en la tienda de la playa durante los meses de verano y la playa Kennebunk está a cinco minutos en automóvil con estacionamiento medido en el verano.

Visit for Prelude!

We had a fantastic stay at this house- in a great location about 15 minute walk to town with sidewalks the whole way! The house was clean, charming and spacious and Kathy was the perfect host! Can’t wait to come back.

Exceptional property

The house was very clean and the host very accommodating. She put the outside lights on for us when we were out after dark on our first night there. The house was very organized, had everything we needed. The location was superb. We definitely recommend staying at Kathy’s place!

Charming, comfortable,and convenient

This house is just delightful. It's quite spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There were plenty of dishes, towels, extra blankets, etc. And it was impeccably clean. The neighborhood was so quiet! Kathy and Buzzy were gracious hosts without being intrusive. They offered great tips and were extremely responsive and communicative. The big benefit is how close the house is to everything. Bring your bikes because it's an easy ride (and parking can be tricky in town). We felt right at home and can't wait to return.

We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and I believe this place was the best. The house is cozy, clean, fully stocked, and beautiful! The location can't be beat: close to downtown but very quiet.

Hidden Gem in Kennebunkport

Excellent experience staying at this property. Bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, nice touch after flying in from the west coast. Owners were responsive to all our needs. The beds were comfortable, nice linen and plenty of towels. The layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed for a wonderful, comfortable stay. The location was excellent and easy walk into town. Had a great dinner at Hurricane's. I will definitely book this property again. Thanks Kathy and Buzzy for a wonderful stay at your home! All Around A+ Experience

Loved our stay!

We had a great week in Kennebunkport! The house was a perfect layout for our group of 6, had a well-stocked kitchen, and was very clean. The owners live right next door and were so good with communication. Whatever the question or need, they were quick to respond. My one comment is that the house is not an easy 10 minute walk to Dock Square. It is walkable, but took our group (ranging from kids to a grandparent) closer to 20 min. We ended up driving (or having one of us drop off/pick up) more often than not. But, we loved the quiet location, and the nearby playground was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the area! Thank you Kathy and Buzzy for being such generous homeowners and making us feel so welcome.

Perfection!

Kathy and Buzzy are wonderful hosts- they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. My family felt instantly at home. The location is on a tree-lined, private and fantastically QUIET private road, yet still within walking distance to the heart of Kennebunkport. The cozy and immaculate home was more than big enough for our party of six, with a great layout for family to gather- and beautifully appointed with plenty of local flavor. We've been visiting the Maine coast every summer for over a decade, and this was our favorite stay yet. Thank you, Kathy and Buzzy! We'll be back for sure.

Lovely, immaculate, everything we hoped for and more!

Our three generation family had a wonderful week in this fabulous home. It’s beautifully decorated, stocked and furnished with absolutely everything we needed to be very comfortable! The owners are lovely and welcoming. We’ve rented a lot of vacation homes over the years and this one was right at the top of the list!
