The Foz was lovely, as was their staff! We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, had the pool to ourselves, and had several restaurants and the beach within walking distance.

Reasonably priced. The owner Avilio and his son were very friendly and helpful. They checked us in before our time which required an extra effort to clean the room quickly. The place is beautiful and the ocean views are spectacular! We loved it!

Les chambres sont belles et le lieu est exceptionnel. Il est possible de marcher dans cette réserve naturelle à partir de l’hôtel afin de contempler les paysages magnifiques côtier. A very special and unique place to stay

We arrived for a 2 night stop over and didn’t want to leave. The space itself is quite remarkable and unique. So much attention to making sure that guests have lots to do. The private beach is a little on the inaccessible side, but well worth the trip down. The walk over the cliffs to Alvor beach and caves is wonderful. Ali, his son and friendly dog are perfect hosts. Lots to draw and paint too. Would highly recommend

Before arriving, there was great communication from the owner. I planned to arrive late in the evening and he was ready for me when I got to the property. The view from my room was spectacular. I had a balcony on which I was able to eat breakfast (an extra charge, but it was delivered to my room and was fantastic.) The sunrise over the water was divine and I couldn't wait to walk down to the beach to see the water up close. If you want access to the beautiful Algarve region, this is a great hotel to visit. Also, on the property: tennis courts, a pool, a game room, quiet spaces, and outdoor benches to view the water. I immediately regretted not booking more time at this fabulous resort.

Eine tolle Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Ruhig und trotzdem gut gelegen für Ausflüge in beide Richtungen der Algarve. Die Restaurants und die Promenade in Portimão sind gut und günstig per Uber oder auch selbst mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tennisplatz, Billard, Fitnessraum und Pool sind vorhanden und können jederzeit genutzt werden. Sehr nette und entspannte Gastgeber, die sich immer wieder erkundigt haben, ob alles in Ordnung ist! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Foz Club. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind gigantisch, direkt am Meer. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist interessant, sicher nichts für Sportwagen. Das Frühstück ist relativ teurer, wird dafür aber auf der eigenen Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer serviert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
