Sad stay

When we checked into the room the toilet had the paper around the toilet like it had been cleaned but upon opening it there was stool marks all down the sides. Our son & daughter in laws room had no hot water for showers in the morning.

It was amazing until our bathroom ceiling started leaking in the middle of the night from the jacuzzi upstairs. Luckily it was leaking into the shower but it caused a disruption to our sleep.

Waterfront room with history

What a cute hotel and room! The views were great, the bed comfortable. I loved that in our room, there was items related to an officer and a gentleman and some of the history behind the connection.

Birthday trip

Beautiful water and mountain views. Walking distance to historic downtown. Outside deck and railing that had been scraped but not repainted. Detracted from the look but still a nice place to stay.

Hotel was okay for just the one night we stayed before whale watching. Not really a great area. Close to a few restaurants, but not walkable in my opinion. Room was really small and floors were really dirty. Rooms with a view looked pretty but didn’t want to spend the extra $100 for it.

I love staying at the Tides Inn , it's situated right on Port Townsend Bay with views and natural wildlife just outside the doors. It's right on the main road downtown, easy to find and close to ferries and buses. All of the downtown activities are within walking distance. Prices are fair and the rooms are lovely. Always found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. I always look to stay here on my PT getaways..
