We had two rooms, both non-smoking, but one of them had definitely been smoked in. The walls were thin so we could hear water easily when neighbors flushed or washed their hands. Everything was very clean so that was nice. Fridge and microwave are always good amenities and we used them. It’s walkable to several food options and a grocery store. Check-in was super fast and easy.

The room was good. When the motel was full, it was very noisy. The refrigerator froze all our vegetables. When we turned it down, it didn't work at all. So, that was unexpected. The motel is located within walking distance to downtown, uptown, local restaurants and the grocery store. The view of the water was very welcome.

One of our two rooms wasn’t ready at check in. It was being cleaned, and then it needed aired out and an ozone cleaner used because someone had smoked marijuana inside. They left the door open to the room for 4 hours in 40 degree weather. We didn’t have access to the room in a Isabel fashion until 9pm

Rooms were ready at arrival. Helpful clerk asked leading questions so we were clear no one would be staffing the lobby when we left the next morning. Knew to just leave key card and be on our way. Offered us tea, sweeteners & creamers since they are not usually left in rooms but knew we might want before hitting the road early morning. Ice machine was behind a locked door. Made sure we knew where and that our key card would open. Offered suggestions for food & drink. Pointed out a few places on map. All "little" things but she made sure we had answers to questions we didn't know we had. :-)

Room was immaculate, bed so comfortable and we were given a warm welcome. Extremely quiet room too. We were on the ground floor and although there were many guests, we could not hear any noise at all during our visit. Definitely recommend this Inn for a Port Townsend., Also, it is within walking distance of the Blue Moose Cafe!
