Please note, we are in the eastern time zone. There is parking for 2-4 vehicles, dependent on size. Overflow parking may be available. Street parking is not allowed. A rental agreement will be sent before check in for the golf cart release.

Please do not flush anything down the toilet outside of toilet paper.

I’ve never enjoyed traveling with kids so much! This place had everything my toddler and baby needed. The kitchen is stocked with appliances, there’s plenty of towels and blankets. I enjoyed riding the golf cart to watch the sunset. The community pool was super convenient with clean bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was very cozy and made is feel at home. The welcome card and goodie basket was perfect. I would suggest to add a ceiling fan on the back porch.

Lovely property! The golf cart and basket of beach towels were big winners...the kitchen (and grill outside) were well enjoyed. Comfortable beds/mattresses too. We loved everything. The development itself is nice, quiet, and expansive (golf cart helped with that). There weren't too many dining or shopping options without going to town, but that was okay for us as we loved hanging out at the property itself and Port St Joe was only 7-8mins away. Thank you!!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house rental! The home truly provided everything you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing and memorable trip. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare family meals after long, fun-filled days at the beach.One of our favorite parts was having access to the bikes and golf cart. It made the scenic rides to the beach so enjoyable and convenient, adding even more fun to the experience. The property also included pool access, but honestly, the ocean water was so beautiful and inviting that we never even felt the need to visit the pool!The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with a thoughtful note along with snacks and pancake mix and syrup waiting for us upon arrival, which was such a kind and personal touch.The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We created wonderful family memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Our stay was even better than expected! The host was kind, quick to communicate, and offered great information when requested. And the house was lovely! The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to share and prepare meals as a large family. The golf cart was a wonderful addition to our stay, and made the beach easily accessible. The home was pet friendly, including a large Serta dog bed for our pup, doggy bags to clean up messes, and food and water bowls. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We have been using vacation rental services for years, both in and outside of the US. This is hands-down one of our favorites we've stayed in. Thank you for a great experience for our family!
