This charming house sits directly on the beach with its own private boardwalk. The Deck has new patio furniture, beautiful views and there are no neighbors on either side of the house so it’s more private.

The back deck on the home is absolutely amazing. You’re steps away from the beach and have the best views. Some of the most vibrant and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets every single day. There is a bit of road noise but nothing that ruined our sleep. Home was fully stocked and very clean. Its a bit dated in some things (like windows/shower) but nothing to the point I wouldn’t book this spot again. Walking distance to a great dinner spot. Close to PSJ for lots of food choices. We loved our trip here!!

A lovely place and location, private access to and from the beach. The balcony offers terrific views and the furniture is perfect for relaxing or outdoor dining. The house is super clean and has all the amenities that one would expect! Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Washer and dryer, dishwasher and a wonderful kitchen to boot! We are planning on our next visit already and will be staying here in the future as well.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy staying at this beautiful property. It is our 2nd visit and we will definitely be back. The very short walk to the beach is perfect and the beach was absolutely stunning. Water was clear and the fishing was so much fun! The house was very clean when we arrived. Check in was super easy with our host, Dianne. The location is very convenient to Mexico Beach and Port ST Joe restaurants. I loved the grill and we used it to cook at night and just enjoy the peace and quiet. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and the whole house is well stocked with what we needed. We can't wait to return and enjoy the area again.

Immaculate view, secluded house on the beach! Deck and deck furniture were amazing! My husband is a chef and he loved using the spacious kitchen counter and stove. Several towels available, tons of beach stuff in great condition - we really didn’t need to bring anything but a tent. Walking distance to Shipreck Raw Bar! Only a few things to note - we brought out crawling one year old and the floor tiles desperately need replaced - he scratched up his legs with the bad grout and cracked/uneven tiles. Only (1) TV in the house. The bed frames need adjusted or replaced - very loud and felt unstable. Most of the antique dresser drawers in every room were broken. Iron wasn’t usable - had some funk on it. Two bedroom windows were completely fogged and need replaced, but living room windows had the perfect sunset view. Communication was delayed from owner - outdoor water wasn’t functioning first day but it was fixed later that evening. Also - no filtered water on site - had to buy a bunch of bottled water. Perfect spot for dogs with the enclosed deck door. Barely anyone on the beach! Will stay here again! Hoping it just gets a few small updates.

This place is a jewel! Great location and owner has high attention to detail to ensure your stay is top notch. The best equipped kitchen I’ve ever stayed at and back deck has recently been remodeled and is twice as big with boardwalk all the way to beach! Outstanding!

Love this Place!

This place is a gem! We have rented 3 times and it does not disappoint. The deck is amazing....large table, comfy chairs to enjoy the beautiful view. Board walk makes trips to the beach a breeze. Perfectly located between PSJ & MB.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Excellent, peaceful getaway experience

This property is just a walk to the beach. Clean and ready with the basic essentials to start your peaceful vacay. The beach is dog-friendly (on a leash), as is the property (don't forget to bring Fido's essentials). We actually went fishing and were able to have fresh fish for dinner. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, watching the sunset right off the property, this is the place to stay. I recommend this property.

Relaxing and Carefree

This was our first time bringing our dog with us to the beach and the house was perfect! The private boardwalk was amazing and made it super easy to get to the beach. There was a very nice multi head shower at the bottom of the deck stairs that made getting sand of us and our dog very easy. The railed in deck was awesome to relax on and let our dog off leash but still contained. A very clean and great place to stay!

Great place for families in PSJ!

Diane’s home was fantastic and just what our family was looking for during our Spring Break stay in Port St. Joe. The home was very clean and well appointed. We brought a bunch of extras (soap, tp, paper towels, etc) as we normally do when renting a place, but never had to dive into our stash. The kitchen was really well stocked - a Viking range, air fryer, and microwave. The drink fridge was a great added bonus too. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. The size of the home was perfect for our family and the proximity to the VERY quiet beach can’t be beat (my unscientific measurement was 85 steps from back porch to toes in the sand). The back porch is spacious and perfect for morning coffee, meals, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Diane was a great host and very responsive and left great instructions. Check-in and check-out were a breeze! Being able to walk to Shipwreck Raw Bar was a great bonus too.We hope to be able to find time to make it back to PSJ and Diane’s place again.

Great Trip

We had a great time! The fact the home is right on the beach makes it special. The home had all we needed for the two weeks. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, etc. Very clean!! All communication with property manager was easy and timely . The pictures don’t do the deck justice!! It is amazing. We look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful Stay

The house was all one level, well stocked, clean, and had very comfortable mattresses. There were no homes on either side for the utmost privacy. The deck overlooking the ocean was wonderful. The deck is well built and very safe for our toddler and our small dog. We experienced the most beautiful sunsets on the deck. We saw dolphins several days and a bald eagle on the beach one morning. The private boardwalk to the beach was very convenient and well kept. Check in and check out was easy. Diane was a great host. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect Getaway!

We could not have had a better time in Port St Joe. From the communications with Diane to the wonderful accomodations, it was everything we were hoping. The location of the property was perfect, and the peacefulness of the beach was amazing. It's as if we had it all to ourselves!! We spent most of our time relaxing on the amazing back deck, enjoying the sites and sounds of the ocean, the pups loved it! The house was stocked nicely, making it feel like home away from home. And, Diane was just wonderful to work with. We can't wait to go back!!!!

Privacy on the beach

Amazing spacious private home with no close neighbors on either side. The beach was nearly deserted with calm clear water. We saw dolphins from the deck every day and once we saw a bald eagle! One morning I was on the beach and the dolphins put on a show for me, swimming close to the shore and jumping out of the water. Shopping is nearby with small shops, a Dollar General and Piggly Wiggly 10 minutes away. We had delicious seafood from Shipwreck Raw Bar just up the street several times during our stay. The huge beautiful deck was our favorite part! It was simply amazing. I appreciated that it was completely enclosed so that a small dog could roam free safely. The boardwalk to the beach was wonderful. There was traffic noise during “rush hour” morning and late afternoon because the house is right on the highway (as is every beachfront property in the area). Diane was a great host who takes great care with her guests and the small details of her home. We sure hope to come back next year!

Beach Getaway

We have been coming to Florida for over 50 years. We have stayed in many homes, town homes, hotels, resorts etc. and, I have to say, this was one of my most enjoyable stays. The house was even better than it looks online. It was very clean. The check in process and communication with Diane was so easy. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bedrooms are very spacious. The back deck is huge and has plenty of places to relax. The kitchen is very well stocked. Access to the beach is by your personal boardwalk. It is a very short trip right to the beach and water. If you go, do yourself a favor and take the short walk to Shipwreck Raw Bar. Great food and friendly service. You are just a short drive to the town or Port St Joe and it is a great place to visit with restaurants and shops. We took our older German Shephard with us and he had never visited the beach. He enjoyed the many walks on the beach, and it was not crowded at all. We would go back tomorrow if we could but will certainly visit Dianes home again ASAP!

We loved our view and the house was so nice, very clean and had every thing we needed! The proximity to the beach and the deck were great. There was a bit of road noise as it is right off the highway. Great service from our hostess!
