We had a fabulous time with family in a gorgeous setting. The accommodations were excellent!Three refrigerators were a great help with feeding everyone.The pool and beach were wonderful for us all to enjoy.Every room was everything we needed for a spring vacation to remember. Some family members would like to stay again and will recommend to others.

We had a great stay, worth the drive for a little piece of Heaven on Earth. Very peaceful & quiet but don't miss out on the reasturant called Cone Heads about half a mile away. Don't let the name or the look of the building fool you. This place is first class all the way!!

Fantastic property in an amazing location!

This house was perfect for our large group (10 adults and 7 kids ranging from 1 to 8 years old) and could not have been any more perfect. The private pool and proximity to the beach made it incredibly easy for members of our party to transition from one to the other very easily. We would absolutely consider staying here again the next time we are in Cape San Blas with such a large group.

This house was one of the most well-equipped houses we have rented. We were very pleased with the amenities. The view was gorgeous. Everything was in good working condition, including the elevator. The property was very clean. The host was responsive when contacted. A great family vacation experience and we would definitely rent again and recommend the property to our friends.

Fantastic beach house

Amazing property very very comfy and the view for your morning coffee is unbelievable!!!Cleanness was good but definitely can be better especially to protect a beautiful house like this one.And I would definitely encourage to make like a outdoor kitchen/barbecue area downstairs, that would make renters life way easier.I would definitely recommend this house and I would love to come back another summer time.

Everything we needed!

Had a group of 20 including our adult children, their spouses, grandchildren and 2 babysitters and we had plenty of room for everyone. House came stocked with everything we needed for a week…Even our food, thanks to local food delivery services. House might could use one or two more large outdoor garbage containers for large groups. Else wise, your home was wonderful!

This gorgeous spacious home provided the perfect getaway for our family and friends. Nestled right by the beach, boardwalk over dunes, outdoor shower to rinse off, swimming pool (with cool water). Spacious parking for the 3 boats for scalloping and fishing along with each families cars. We cooked all our meals in the well stocked kitchen that is set up like a dream. Watched the most gorgeous sunsets from the top balcony with cameras and a cold beverage in hand. The top floor is truly spectacular!! Open concept with lots of seating inside and out. After a long day it was the perfect place to gather with a large crowd and enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. The bedrooms were equally dreamy to slip away in silence, each providing a view, privacy and its on bathroom. We all slept well in the very comfortable beds and woke rested each morning ready for another amazing day on The Cap. Everyone who came said best vacation ever and we look forward to making it a tradition each year.

Bathroom on ground level near pool (Finally a REAL POOL, not an oversized bathtub) terrific for the kids. Entire house so spacious. We could all enjoy each other's company comfortably in the main living room/kitchen area. Shoot you can about play bocce ball in there! And the full decks on every floor. Genius! Watching the fireworks from the top deck was really something. If we could only rent one home in our lifetime for a family vacation, this would be the one. So happy we did it

Island Time was Exceptional

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Twenty family members ages 4 to 72, spent a week together sharing memories. Plenty of room for all - the top floor was amazing and a great place for everyone to gather for meals, conversations and games.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked which made cooking meals much more enjoyable. The bedroom with balconies were an added touch. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was great. The kids loved the game room and having a place to hang out. The Moms loved having two washers and dryers. Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels and everyone enjoyed all the chairs on the deck, especially at sunset! Of all the house we have rented, this was the family favorite by far!Donna Dickerson was EXTREMELY helpful and attentive our requests and questions. We felt very welcome at the house.Pillow in the bedrooms were great for reading and TV, but softer pillows for sleeping would be a great addition. We grandparents did have difficulty figuring out the TVs. 😵‍💫
