Cool little house by the river!

The house is clean with good accommodations for 2 couples and 2 twin beds for kids or another couple. The 85 inch TV in the living room is really nice. The bathrooms are well appointed and the kitchen has many appliances hidden under the counters. We stayed for 4 days with 4 adults while at the Daytona 500. It was not too far to drive for such a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood. However, we only found 4 bath towels in the whole house and they were all in the Master bath along with 2 wash rags and 2 hand towels. There were also very limited blankets in the house. While were there, the temperature dropped very low and we turned on the heat, but we really wanted more blankets on the beds. No luck, just a couple of tiny fleece blankies for couch snuggles. Also, there does not seem to be any side or end tables in the house. No place to put your phone or tablets or CPAP by the bed. The couch has electric recliners but one end is bent so the hinge drags on the lower frame, so it was unplugged. The backyard space is nice and the boat dock is clean. There are kayaks and life vests for use on the river along with a boat slip. Overall a really nice property, but the lack of towels, blankets, and end tables is just weird considering they are relatively cheap items compared to the 85 inch TV and high end bath room finishes. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

This property has been completely renovated and is very comfortable and clean. it has all the amenities that you will need for any length of stay. this is a perfect vacation rental for family of 6 and seemed to be located in the middle of everything that we wanted to do.

Great Location

Love the house and location. Awesome time fishing from the dock. We also had a sea turtle visit for a couple hours on our last night. This was our second stay here. Will definitely come back.

Modern Property with Great Canal Access

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it all worked out well. It was great doing yoga on the dock, kayaking in the canal (all equipment provided), clean and modern kitchen, and rooms were perfectly spaced and comfy. Only issue was that the air conditioning was broken for 1.5 days of our stay (in 90 degree heat), but the owners did the best they could to get a repairman over to have it fixed and we got that settled by Day 2. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to request an Uber and had a giant TV in the living room with a bunch of streaming apps hooked up. All in all, really great stay!

Awesome Location

We loved the house, the location and the dock. We had an amazing time. I am definitely giving it 5 stars and we would definitely visit again. I do want to remind folks about the cameras though. Anywhere you are outside, there are ring cameras. They record audio and video. That was quite intrusive but we just decided to get over it. Also there is a public park next to the house, luckily we only had folks there once while we stayed and perhaps that’s the reason for extra security. Again, we did love staying here. Just sharing so other guests gave the full picture. One other note, while the security system is off while you stay, it barks out that the front or back door is open every time someone goes out a door. The house carries sound easily so I was woke up when my husband would slip out to fish. I would love to have been able to turn it off. But in the end the location and house are still amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay, I had my boat in tow but, I enjoyed fishing in the back yard the most. My whole family had a great time. Close to so many other things to do. This home was clean, modern and well kept. You won't be disappointed.
