Overall nice hotel convenient location and very welcoming and friendly staff. On business and having the hotel organise a Taxi was a challenge, not as efficient as other hotels I have stayed. The hotel looks nice and is very safe. The staff were super friendly and accomdating. When we came to check in our room wasn't ready yet, partly due to us trying to check in early. The front reception staff gave us an access key to get into Vision City to have a look around whilst we waited. The easy access to Vision City is great making it super easy to do a little shopping or to eat out. We had a great view overlooking the John Guise Stadium, the windows were a little dirty but apart from that we had a great stay.

I've been a member with their loyalty program for many years. Knowing the director and the owner, i support this business. My stay in Aug was just disgusting! I booked for 2 nights, and even though i corrected them when i checked in, i was still called up the next morning as a reminder to check out. I corrected them again. Went out, only to come back to being locked out of my room. Im absolutely disgusted with the reception and reservations staff this time around. They all need to be sacked. They need new attentive staff

Very spacious room. Room cleaning was exceptional. Plenty of towels and sheets. Amenities are okay. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Quiet room. Furniture, fittings and fixtures are dated and tired. Paint chipping etc. The carpet was horrendously stained and my wee son found a loose electric cable (sealed but none the less dangerous).
