Located within a 500m walk to the beautiful Port Hughes beach, this three bedroom home is the perfect holiday destination. All bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are included in the total price. The fully self contained home is an entertainer's delight with a spacious and private outdoor area perfect for socialising and family gatherings. The kids will love the triple bunk room while the adults have their own privacy in the double and queen bedrooms. Board games, books, jigsaw puzzles, DVDs and old school videos are available for use as well as access to a Smart TV. With two living areas there is enough space for the whole family. The house has a lovely outdoor entertaining area, bbq, undercover fish cleaning facilities, large grassed area and fully enclosed back yard for the kids to play, with plenty of parking and room for a boat. Cool down on hot days in the backyard with the mist tent. The local tavern, general store, jetty, boat ramp, large playground and Greg Norman designed golf course are all only a short walk away. Treat yourself to a stone grill, delicious pizza or pub meal at the local tavern. Enjoy an early morning coffee by the beach or treat yourself to the famous "beach breakfast" served at in a frying pan at the General Store or just go for a lovely stroll along beautiful South Beach. Try your luck at fishing or crabbing on the jetty or beach or hit the greens for a game of golf. Moonta & Moonta Bay are only a 5-minute drive away with plenty of shopping options available in Moonta including a supermarket, chemist, hardware store, giftware, clothing and much more. Splashtown at Moonta Bay is a great way to entertain the kids and keep cool in summer - and it's free! Hire an e-bike and explore the beautiful area. Moonta Mines Tourist Railway is a guided tour of historic Moonta Mines National Heritage and is a great outing for the whole family. Or take a drive to Innes National Park to experience the beautiful coastline, wildlife and history of the area. Pets are welcome outside - a kennel, rug and dog bowls are provided.
