Located within a short 450m stroll to Horseshoe Bay, the most popular family swimming beach on the South Coast, along with the Port Elliot SLSC, and Flying Fish Café. It's an even shorter walk to everything that Port Elliot offers, pubs, café & restaurants, shopping, and, of course, the famous Port Elliot Bakery.
Featuring a large open plan kitchen and dining space that opens up to a spacious lounge room with timber floors, 3 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, separate toilet & laundry, the home sleeps 6 people in style.
Also including some common necessities such as, a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, big screen TV with Netflix (self-login), Wi-Fi, and even a workspace.
For year-round comfort, there is reverse-cycle air conditioning plus ceiling fans in the living room and all three bedrooms.
Vehicles can be parked in the driveway or on the street directly out the front of the property in their own little space.
