Beyond its prime, but had a nice time.
Yes, the place needs a lick of paint, yes some of the staff were a bit unfriendly, yes the food wasn't great, etc... but all in all had a very nice time in this hotel and, with a 20% reduction, it was good value for money. Overall, not the greatest hotel, but a nice atmosphere. And Port El Kantaoui is a nice place to spend some time with small children.

Idéal pour es familles
HĂŽtel dans son ensemble qui rĂ©pond aux Ă©lĂ©ments annoncĂ©s. Par contre, il reçoit 90% de clients non-francophones, ce qui peut ĂȘtre un peu dĂ©cevant concernant les rencontres et les Ă©changes. Le Mini-club est bien vivant et l'Ă©quipe d'animation bien dans son rĂŽle sans pour autant ĂȘtre pesante.

Ok hotelli, samoin henkilökunta. Mahdollisuus pelata minigolfia, petankia, tennistÀ hotellin reunamilla. Allasalueella oli pieni lasten allas, ihan iso normiallas ja viisi liukumÀkeÀ omalla altaalla, riittÀvÀsti tuoleja, pyyhkeitÀ sai panttia vastaan, hyvÀÀ musiikki ja paljon erilaisia animotion- tiimin jÀrjestÀmiÀ pelejÀ ja kilpailuja pÀivittÀin. Ruoka ja juomat myös ok. Hotellin ranta-alue siisti ja siellÀ oli rantabaari, josta sai naposteltavaa ja juomia. Hotellista kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ kaunis satama-alue. Golf-kentÀt tien toisella puolella.

Personnel de service au restaurant et aux bars est parfois impoli voire mĂȘme agressif, cas exemple du serveur nizar au bar piscine...
Le chef personnel doit chercher des solutions Ă ces problĂšmes d agressivitĂ© et de dĂ©motivation, j ai vu plusieurs clients se regarder stupĂ©faits de certains comportements, et svp mettez en place un cahier de rĂ©clamations dans certains endroits stratĂ©giques, cela poussera le personnel Ă ĂȘtre plus discipline
