Location to the beach was great, the room was okay, could have been cleaner with dead flies on the windowsill which should be cleaned up. Also, no toaster in room which they quickly fixed. We were in the family room, throughout the night there was a pump or something that kept starting/stopping which wasn't great. Otherwise the room was great for the family of 4

Room not as expected. No table, no luggage rack. The lock on the door was just a chain lock. Would have had to move the couch to shut the window so it stayed open the whole time. Towels not fresh smelling. Bathroom fan needs vacuuming. Should vacuum under couch cushions- found a dirty comb there and lots of dirt. Reception listened politely when I said the room wasn’t as expected and told me I should have scrolled down when booking. I gave a 3 rating because the place had parking and clean sheets on the bed.

Stayed in Unit 22. The outside air handling unit behind the main bedroom made ridiculously loud noises most of the night. It’s clearly in very poor condition. Hardly slept a wink. This can’t be the first time a guest has raised. Needs seen to urgently. Not a positive experience, in particular given the nightly cost.

The accommodation benefits greatly from its convenient location, which was the highlight of our stay. However, this positive aspect was somewhat overshadowed by issues with the air conditioning, as well as concerns regarding the cleanliness and an unpleasant odour in the room. While the location is ideal, these areas require attention to enhance the overall guest experience.

Air conditioning was on preset timer which we could not change. Therefore, it turned frequently every few minutes. The hot water temperature may not have been controlled. We feel the water was too hot & someone, especially kids could get easily burnt. We have advised this to the manager during check out. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
