The villa is located only six kilometres from Poreč, rich with historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants and bars and crystal-clear beaches. Villa Hacienda is the perfect choice for all those who wish to explore the beautiful Istrian cities and still enjoy a week of privacy and absolute calmness.
This rustic villa consists of 450m2 and is located on an 8000m2 plot. The villa nurtures a traditional architectural style which unites the desire for utmost relaxation and a devotion to details. Villa Hacienda was built out of Istrian stone, which enables the guests to enjoy the rich Istrian history. It consists of five bedrooms, equipped with double beds. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and sunlit. There are also five bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, opening up to a luxurious dining area and a living room. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, and it will make you feel at home.
Outside the villa, there is a beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a barbecue area and an outdoor eating area, perfect for preparing fresh meals with your family and friends. If you wish to enjoy a week of absolute privacy, but still be in the vicinity of bigger towns and beautiful beaches, villa Hacienda is the perfect choice for you!
