Our holiday home is located in the Spadici district, one of Porec's most attractive areas, on a quiet side street.

Apartment No. 1 has two bedrooms with double beds, a living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a large balcony off the living area. One of the bedrooms also has a separate balcony.

Posizione dell'appartamento eccellente vicino a panificio,market, ristoranti e allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Completo di tutto il necessario, perfetto per quattro, per cinque ci si deve adattare ma siamo stati comunque bene. C'è una bella terrazza attrezzata, molto assolata.

Schöne kleine gemütliche Appartmentanlage

Wir waren im Juli dort und es war alle super, die Wohnung war sauber und man hatte alles was man brauchte, zugegeben mit 5 personen war es doch etwas eng aber das wussten wir ja vorher, zu viert ist dort genug Platz. Ganz grosses Lob geht aber an die Besitzerin, total freundlich und hilfsbereit also wenn man nicht weiss wo man zum Essen hin gehen soll, einfach fragen, spricht auch perfekt deutsch. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Ach und nicht alles glauben was hier geschrieben wird, von wegen man muss total leise sein und so, alles ganz normal ;-)

Super Lage, sauber, sehr freundliche Vermieterin

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, dennoch zentralen Lage von Porec. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Strand, eben alles falls man so im Urlaub braucht sind mit einem kurzen Fußmarsch erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, alles ist sauber, ordentlich und einsatzbereit. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren zu fünf (zwei Erwachsen, drei Kinder) da und können die Ferienwohnung prima weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Gastgeberin und schöne Wohnung

Großes Lob an Frau Obajdin und die großartige Gastfreundschaft während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Wohnung liegt strandnah und bietet sich auch als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge gut an. Restaurants und Märkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, hier haben wir nichts vermisst. Der Strand ist gut und Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wer es etwas individueller am Strand haben möchte ist 500m weiter sehr gut aufgehoben ( Richtung Punta Materada). Hier kann man seinen Schirm aufstellen, Fußball spielen oder unter Pinien liegen. Wir können die Unterkunft und Umgebung für einen Familien Urlaub empfehlen.

Urlaub Poreč

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Appartement-Haus. Das Appartement und die Ausstattung waren vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr sympathisch und stand bei jeder Frage mit Rat und Tipps zur Seite. Bis zum 1. Badestrand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Weitere Strände sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Die Altstadt von Poreč ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele schöne Restaurants und Bars sind in der Altstadt und in der Nähe des Appartements vorhanden. Supermärkte verschiedener Größen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe bzw. schnell zu erreichen. Die Region bietet eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten und Ausflüge. Fazit, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Super, aber....

...leider mußten wir sehr sehr!!! leise sein. Mit zwei aufgeweckten Kindern abends auf dem Balkon einen Spieleabend zu gestalten, wird schon sehr schwierig. Aber ansonsten ist die Lage, das Wasser, die Wohnung.....sehr gut und weiter zu empfehlen. Die nette Dame im Haus, passt sehr darauf auf (vielleicht manchmal ein bisschen zu viel).

Frau Obajdin ist eine sehr umsichtige, freundliche und hilfsbereite Quartiergeberin. Die Wohnung war sehr schön möbliert, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, Klimaanlage detto, wird aber kaum benötigt. Frühstück am schattigen Balkon war stets ein guter Start in den Tag. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannter und angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist schön, geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht auch sehr gut deutsch. Der Strand ist von der Ferienwohnung fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
