The reception staff were helpful, the room is very spacious and clean and not to forget we had nice hot breakfast. We stayed for one night for the concert in Lighthouse which took us five minutes to walk back to the hotel and it’s near to town centre and train station. It’s an excellent location for all the facilities that we need.

Great hotel for my one night stay. Hotel had everything you could want and breakfast was amazing. Only things that would have got a better rating was having someone there when I arrived.i waited a while at check in and I had a ground floor room with a table right outside my window that smokers were using.

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and always get an excellent service. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent, one of the best I've had for years. Poole is a great base to explore Dorset and Hampshire.The only downside of the hotel is that as the car park is run by a separate company you have to pay for parking which at £10 per day can mount up
