A wonderful spot!

This house is a five minute walk down the stairs to the beach, and the patio has a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook with and overall the house is cozy and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom has low ceilings so it’s really only good for kids (and depending on their height they might bump their heads). You can walk to the nearby town in 20 minutes for groceries, or take the bus. We rented a boat for the day twice which was our favorite part of the trip (especially Palmarola!). Elena is a wonderful host!

Fabulous location and host!!

Perfect for kids, the beach is just below the apartment where you can rent sun loungers and boats and there is a restaurant and bar!! The decor is sweet and homey and the house is clean and has a beautiful view. It is kept wonderfully cool at night and has air conditioning!! There is even a supermarket nearby that delivers. Elena is so sweet and thoughtful and we had a wonderful family vacation!!

Fantastische Lage "über" dem Strand

Die Wohnung bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht Cala Feola und den Hafen. Zum Strand geht es ein paar Stufen hinunter (in Ponza geht nichts ohne Treppen :-) ), so dass man entweder nur kurz zum schwimmen heruntergehen kann, oder den ganzen Tag am Strand verbringen und sich an der Strandbar oder dem Restaurant versorgen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet, wir sind mit 5 Personen sehr gut untergekommen. Die Temperatur ist in der Wohnung auch im Juli/August sehr angenehm geblieben, so dass wir die (sehr moderne, leise) Klimaanlage fast nicht gebraucht haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, so dass man auch aufwändiger kochen könnte. Die Wohnung liegt ein bisschen abseits der Geschäfte und Restaurants (zum nächsten Geschäft ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß), mit dem Bus ist aber praktisch jeder Punkt der Insel sehr gut zu erreichen (ich würde auf jeden Fall den Spaziergang zu Punta Incenso empfehlen). Uns hat das viel besser gefallen als das Gewimmel an der Hafenpromenade in Ponza. Und das Beste ist natürlich die Gastgeberin! Elena war sehr zuvorkommend mit vielen Tipps und hat sich um einen ersten Einkauf gekümmert, der bei unserer Ankuft schon bereitstand. Da ich leider kein Italienisch spreche hatten wir sehr interessante und lustige Unterhaltungen mit Schulfranzösisch und Übersetzungsapps :-) Alles in allem ist Ponza ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort mit fantastischer Landschaft uns hervorragendem Essen, und ich würde diese Wohnung als Startpunkt empfehlen.

Fabelhaft!

Malerisch gelegen mit bezaubernden Blick auf die Bucht. Auch ohne Auto problemlos mit dem Bus von Ponza-Hafen zu erreichen. Das Objekt ist gut ausgestattet und sehr schön. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La struttura è molto carina e a misura per quattro persone come eravamo noi. Molto bello il balcone a nostra disposizione con una vista fantastica. La zona è un po’ lontana dal porto ma raggiungibile in dieci minuti con il taxi o con il servizio navetta che ferma a pochi metri dalla struttura. La proprietaria Elena poi è molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Peccato che siamo stati solo una settimana

Una bellissima vacanza

Una casa antica, molto bella, con terrazze sul mare che è pochi metri dalla proprietà.. Tutto molto curato e pulito i proprietari Elena e Gennaro sempre gentili, disponibili e premurosi. Torneremo senz'altro a Ponza e ritorneremo senz'altro da Elena e Gennaro.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio

Una location meravigliosa, (beh, gli scalini sono parte del fascino di Ponza!) ben posizionata nella parte piu' bella e tranquilla dell'isola. A meta' strada sulla scalinata che porta alla spiaggetta di Cala Feola, la casa e' un caratteristico e suggestivo ambiente nella roccia, completo di ogni servizio (avevamo persino il barbecue privato), confortevole e pulitissima, splendidamente tenuta. La vista dalla terrazza privata era magnifica, e dispiaceva quasi uscire di casa per andare a visitare l'isola. La spiaggia sottostante e' una delle pochissime di sabbia, molto ben tenuta, con bagnino, libera con la possibilita' di noleggiare ombrellone e lettini, bar e ristorante. Proprio di fronte ci sono le piscine naturali, raggiungibili in 10-15 minuti a piedi; la zona e' servita da un fornito bar e mini-supermarket, con prodotti freschi locali. Le Forna e' sempre a 10 minuti a piedi, una bella zona (meno turistica del porto) con molte altre spiagge e calette da visitare. Elena e suo marito sono stati meravigliosi e disponibili, cortesi e gentili - le tagliatelle all'ortica e il tonno sono stati dei magnifici assaggi per farci sentire a casa :-) Consigliatissima!

Con il mare davanti agli occhi ….

Deliziosa casa in stile ponzese, scavata nella vista sulla scogliera che incornicia la spiaggia di Cala Feola. La casa ha un terrazzo vista mare riparato dal sole da una stupenda bouganville, che dire … la colazione con questa vista non si può dimenticare! La casa è ben attrezzata, Elena e Gennaro sono stati hosts perfetti, accolgono e coccolano i loro ospiti facendoli innamorare dell’isola. In 3 minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia, dove si trovano due bar e uno dei più rinomati ristoranti e si può noleggiare la barca e godersi ogni angolo dell’isola; con la navetta si raggiunge a qualsiasi ora il porto e quindi negozi, locali e vita notturna. Ci ritorneremo!

Ponza è stata davvero una bellissima scoperta: una perla della nostra Italia. Vacanza perfetta, sotto ogni punto di vista, ma ciò che l’ha resa davvero unica è stata la “casa sul mare di Elena e Gennaro”. Location magica: sembra di stare in una cartolina. Tutto curato nei dettagli, tutto a disposizione degli ospiti per farli sentire a casa. Per noi è stato come trascorrere una settimana con dei cari amici. Elena e Gennaro sono questo: amici speciali che ci hanno coccolato durante il nostro soggiorno. La casa è dotata di ogni confort, pulita e ordinata. Ritorneremo sicuramente per i tramonti indimenticabili, il mare trasparente, i delfini che nuotavano intorno al nostro gommone ma soprattutto per riabbracciare i nostri nuovo amici.
