Great rooms with a wonderful view in a beautiful town. We had connecting rooms for two couples with a lounge and kitchen area and it was the perfect space for relaxing in the evenings. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were terrific and the service from the staff was first rate, helping us with our planning before we arrived and during our stay

The room was better than we expected. This was the first hotel that we ever stayed at in Switzerland and we thought it was very expensive. However, we later found out that everywhere in Switzerland is expensive. Nearby you can see Ibex (Capricorns) on the hills.

Communication prior to stay was quick and useful! Upon arrival, the staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Check-in was easy and someone was on hand to assist if needed. All staff members were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, hikes, trains, public transportation, etc During breakfast, the manager checked in with guests to see how their stay was going. Lobby, dining, and lounge area are bright, modern, clean and we loved the cozy area by the fireplace! Room was nice size and spa was relaxing! Having a few tv channels in English was appreciated! Great stay!
