Omg I absolutely loved staying here and didn't want to leave. From the overly friendly staff, the amazing rooftop restaurant and the safe area with proximity to the water it was a lovely stay. The spa is super nice and the staff was super kind. Truely a five star experience and would definitely stay again!

Great hotel stay in Ponta Delgada. Clean, quiet, comfortable room with fantastic view of the marina. The staff and activities staff excellent, helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel right on the bay. Also on a busy road but there was very little noise. I wanted for nothing but also paid for it. If you are open to the cost, it is a beautiful facility. I’m not sure it was worth the price but I would stay again and highly recommend. Peaceful.

The staff were wonderful and the property is nicely appointed. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, the included breakfast was yummy. The hotel is situated overlooking the marina so it is picturesque and walkable to town.

Fantastic Hotel on the harbour, gorgeous views, very comfortable rooms with a pillow menu to ensure you are even more comfortable! Amazing breakfast, best one we had in the Azores. Rooms are very luxurious, the only thing I would say is that the bathroom can be confusing as the doors are all reflective like a mirror. The bar was a little slow service but lovely spot up there. Thank you
