Das Objekt ist gut gelegen von der Terrasse kann man den See sehen. Stehen Plastiktisch und Klassik Stühle zur Verfügung für den Außenbereich circa 50 m weiter Weg aufwärts ist der Pool. Er ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber man kann gut schwimmen und Spaß haben. Der Pool muss sich geteilt werden mit den umliegenden Nachbarn, aber zu unserer Zeit war er kaum belegt. Aufblasbare Schwimmsachen sind nur erlaubt, wenn kein anderer sich im Pool befindet. Das Haus ist sauber und wir haben mit acht Personen drin gewohnt. Es ging, aber das Wohnzimmer ist für acht Personen etwas klein. Der Außenbereich könnte einigen Stellen gepflegt sein. Und ein Gasgrill wäre wünschenswert. Leider durfte auch nur ein Auto auf dem Grundstück parken und wir sind hier mit zwei Familien angereist. Insgesamt war der Urlaub trotzdem toll, auch wenn es so einige Dinge gibt, die man verbessern könnte (zum Beispiel die Ausstattung innerhalb des Hauses…Küche)

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Objekt. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee ist unbeschreiblich. Die Hausbesitzerin hat ihr Herz am richtigen Fleck und gab es Probleme, war sie sofort bereit diese schnellstmöglich zu lösen. Der Weg zum Haus war etwas holprig und ging bergab, also nicht gut für Gehbehinderte und Rollstuhlfahrer. Ebenso war die Treppe zum Pool unbegehbar. Die Besitzerin versicherte aber, dass diese Mängel schnellstmöglich behoben werden. Polpenazze immer eine Reise wert. Unser Urlaub dort war sehr schön und mit vielen schönen Momenten bestückt

Tolles Ferienhaus etwas abseits des Gardasees

Schöne Landschaft, abseits des Troubels, alle Möglichkeiten vor Ort und der Pool (gemeinsam mit 3 weiteren Häusern) zum abkühlen und enspannen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt toll um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu unternehmen.Total unkompliziert Abwicklung/Check-in und -out sowie Tipps und Tricks von der Kontaktfrau Sara und den netten Nachbarn.Gerne wieder

Vacanza in Polpenazze del Garda

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto bello. La casa era meravigliosa. Anche la piscina comune. Sara, la nostra persona di riferimento, è molto competente e disponibile. Possiamo solo consigliarlo di fare una vacanza in quella casa e regione.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in den Bergen

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön. Es gibt räumlich und optisch nichts auszusetzen. Der Blick ist unglaublich, doch sollte einem bewusst sein, dass alle Wege egal ob zum Supermarkt, zum Bäcker oder zum Strand mit dem Auto gefahren werden müssen. Zu Fuß kann man lediglich im Dorf ein paar Restaurants aufsuchen. Am Haus befindet sich nur ein Stellplatz für ein PKW. Reist man mit einem weiteren PKW an muss man im Dorfzentrum parken und die Strecke zur Ferienwohnung laufen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben lediglich scharfe Messer vermisst. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war absolut unkompliziert und nett. Wir waren rund um zufrieden!

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern, insgesamt 8 Personen in diesem schönen Haus. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen, die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern und von der Terrasse fanden wir sehr schön. Der Pool ist groß und einfach super zum Erfrischen und ein paar Runden zu schwimmen. Herrlich! Wir waren jeden Tag drin und haben es sehr genossen. Es war in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich, dass es ein Gemeinschaftspool für mehrere Villen ist, wir hatten aber Glück und fast immer den Pool für uns allein. Die Villa ist bergig gelegen, die Straßen sind teilweise eng und kurvig, wer mit Auto fährt, sollte geübt sein. Ein Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden, weiteres direkt am Grundstück an der Straße. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Villa und würden sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

traumhaftes Haus

Das Haus ist super schön und traumhaft eingerichtet. Genug Platz für 7 Personen. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet zum Sitzen zu jeder Tageszeit. Der Pool gehört eigentlich zu einer ganzen Wohnanlage, tatsächlich war da außer uns aber nie jemand. Traumhafte Aussicht auf den Gardasee, der mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen ist. Polpenazze ist ein schöner Ort, mit Restaurants und Eisdiele etc. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Beautiful Villa in Polpenazze

We were a group of 6 adults, two children and a dog. Villa Alfio is such a nice place. The house is spacious and every couple got their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and cooking for yourself is made easy. Unfortunately there was no dishwasher, so cleaning for 8 people is a bit stressful. The terrace is big an you got a nice view over polpenazze and Lago so Garda. Polpenazze is such a nice town. There are supermarkets nearby and to get to the closest beach it is only a 10-15 minute drive. The communication with Sara was perfect all the time and she was always helpful. If you are big group and looking for a nice and relaxed stay at Lago do Garda, we can fully recommend Villa Alfio.

Schönes Haus in einem ruhigen Ort

Der Urlaub in diesem haus war sehr gut. Die Schlafzimmer hatten einer gute Größe. Leider fehlte eine spülmaschine......bei mehreren Personen wird es schwierig, man hat nicht immer lust zu spülen. Auch gab es nur ein Parkplatz. Das haus war sonst sehr gut ausgestattet allerdings mit kleinkind etwas schwierig zum Pool zu kommen. Geht ziemlich steil nach oben aber angekommen ein schöner Pool. Da es aber nur 2 Liegen gibt , muss man sich ein paar Handtücher mitnehmen.
