Villa Tomeu Seguinot is a charming holiday rental ideal for groups of up to 10 people. The villa has 5 cosy bedrooms, distributed across two floors for greater comfort and privacy.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious double room with an en-suite bathroom, and two rooms with twin beds, which share a bathroom in the hallway. Additionally, there is a practical shower room next to the kitchen.



On the upper floor, there is a second double bedroom and a room with two single beds, both with a shared bathroom and an additional toilet. Both bedrooms have a very pleasant sitting area, one with a private balcony and the other with a terrace, from where you can enjoy stunning mountain views. From the main bedroom, an external staircase leads directly to the garden.



The spacious and bright living room is the perfect place to relax, with comfortable sofas, an elegant dining area and a warm ornamental fireplace that creates a cosy and perfect atmosphere for sharing unforgettable moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, ensuring that all guests can enjoy their time in the villa with total comfort.



Outside, there is a large green garden surrounding a large private swimming pool. You can relax on comfortable sun loungers, enjoy the shade under the pergola, dine al fresco in the dining area or prepare a delicious dinner on the barbecue. Everything is designed to make your leisure moments perfect.



Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring maximum comfort during the hottest hours of the day.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
