Small but nice is this pretty cottage for 2 people, just one km from Pollensa old town. It is idyllically and quietly situated at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains, making it an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the attractive surroundings. A paved path will take you to your vacation home, which is surrounded by a 3,500sqm plot. Directly at the house is a covered, equipped with comfortable seating terrace that invites you to linger. Accompanied by pleasant reading or a glass of wine, you can relax and enjoy the soothing silence all around you. Right next door you will find another terrace area, also furnished, which can be spanned if necessary with shady sun sails. This makes common meals outdoors a real pleasure. Tasty grilled dishes can be prepared on the grill.
The ground floor house has a living area of 83sqm. So you have a comfortably furnished living and dining area. Beautiful villa short walk from Pollenca
Lovely well equipped property. Very private and not overlooked. You would not think you were 5 mins walk from town. We had fantastic weather for October so were in pool every day. Outside space was excellent. We come to Pollenca regularly and usually stay a bit further out of town but being able to walk in to the old town for dinner or afternoon drinks was brilliant.

Lovely rustic property in wonderful, secluded and quiet location yet only a couple minutes drive from Pollenca.
The property was exceptionally clean which is not always the case with villa rentals. Swimming pool also very well maintained.

Klein, aber fein
Wir waren bereits schon mal vor ein paar Jahren dort. Es ist eine gemütliche kleine Finca für 2 Personen. Der Pool ist groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt/kontrolliert. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit vielen Zitronenbäumen, die man auch ernten kann. Der Vorteil dieser Finca ist, dass sie am Stadtrand liegt, jedoch nicht einsehbar ist. Man läuft in 10 min nach Pollença.

Ein super Tipp für 2 Personen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine Beanstandung wurde sofort behoben. Poolpflege, Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel vorbildlich. Pollenca ist nur einen 15 minütigen Fußweg entfernt.

Wunderschöne Finca für 2!
Die Finca liegt am Ortsrand von Pollença, man kann also wunderbar abends in die Stadt zum Essen laufen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und es wurde sich hervorragend um den Pool und den Garten gekümmert. Die Finca ist recht uneinsehbar, sodass man wirklich seine Privatsphäre hat.
