Excellent!

This is a beautiful villa, prefect location. Pool and tennis court were just perfect. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need.Check in and out was very easy. Short drive to supermarkets, we ate out in Playa Du Muro, as we love this area, again short drive. Hosts even gave us some fresh tomatoes which were delicious. Definitely be back! Wonderful holiday

Fabulous Family Holiday

We stayed here with our four children ranging from 4 to 15 and couldn’t have enjoyed our week more. The villa was clean and well equipped, the outside space catered for all our needs from playing in the pool, eating alfresco and enjoying the tennis courts and table tennis. You need a car but it’s only a short drive to Pollença and Puerto Pollença which are both picturesque places. We highly recommend this beautiful spot!

Lovely property with great facilities - lovely place to stay.

We had a lovely family (grown ups) stay and enjoyed the pool, court and the various dining options. We felt very welcomed and had no significant issues. This is a lovely villa / finca in a good location, about 10-15 mins from Port de Pollenca.

Easy week in Pollenca

We had a great week at this villa. You definitely need a car but pollensa and puerto pollensa are both quick trips. We had a wonderful time visiting the farmers market in pollensa (sundays) as well as Cala St Vincent (make dinner reservations for places on the beach in advance), and a sail on the “Tina” stopping at different spots around the coast (captain Leigh was excellent). The drive to formentor is not for the faint hearted but totally worth it. Would also recommend Chef Rob at private pollensa chefs who made us a wonderful locally sourced dinner and for a leisurely lunch Es Guixx is a must! The watering hole there will cool you down. There’s no welcome packet or suggestions provided in the villa so I hope this helps anyone thinking of renting this villa.

Beautiful villa

Just got back from this delightful villa from a weeks stay. Everything you want from a villa (and more). Really nice grounds in the countryside so car is a must. We had our 2 daughters 11/12yrs old and literally didn't hear them complain once as there was so much for them to do at the villa (pool/tennis/basketball/table tennis). In the evening there was a BBQ which is basic but does what its meant to do, plus the is absolutely everything needed as regards to appliances. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive and the closest harbour was 10 minutes which has a full range of bars, restaurants and shops. Overall this is a proper old style villa with plenty to do, i would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. Very quiet surroundings with a field of farm animals next door which was also very cool. Thanks so much we had fantastic holiday and we WILL be returning.

Lovely villa with everything you could need with easy access to shops and restaurants, a car is essential due to location but well worth it, only slight down side is it has roads on two sides although they are small local roads you do get traffic noise but only very occasionally

Fantastic villa

Wonderful setting - peaceful yet only a few minutes drive to supermarkets and Pollenca . Had to liaise with the agent on one occasion and our issue was dealt with immediately by the lovely owner. Gracias!

Good but issues need to be addressed.

Arrived at villa and we were Impressed with the outdoor space which was very good. However outside lights at night did not work. We didn’t address this with the owner. Hot water was an issue in the villa and this was addressed by the owner and we were told to have a quick shower. As described by Home Away Villa slept 6 but in our opinion the shower facility was in adequate and only capable for a family of four if not less.. No member of the family was having a long shower so in our opinion hot water supply was inadequate. Also we were told by the owner shower door did not close properly so a towel was needed to keep the water from over flowing onto main bathroom floor. A mop was needed after every shower to prevent slips and water going everywhere. We stayed 11 days and there was no towel or linen change however we did have a washing machine but paying the price that we did we expected a linen and a towel change. We also felt that the Villa was inadequately cleaned and we felt that the cutlery and glass needed to be washed prior to first usage. Previous Villas were supplied by a small welcome pack and this was not the case in this rented property. This was not a major problem but a welcome arrival after a long flight and car hire which would have been welcomed by the family. Looks good on paper but we will not return.

Wonderful villa

Stayed Aug 2018. We were a family of 6 having 2 - 18 and 2 - 15 yr olds with us and It was perfect for everything we needed. Beautiful villa with good size pool lovely jacuzzi and to have the tennis court, basketball and table tennis was great and all of the pool and sporting equipment is provided. There is a fusball table but we didn’t use that it is very old and does not work properly I think that needs to be replaced with either a new one or a pool table we all thought would be ideal. We used the bbq twice but we ate out in port de pollenca the other 5 nights so many lovely restaurants and bars. With regards to where the villa is ideally you do need a car but being a family of 6 a minivan (needed a 9 seater for 6 people and 6 suitcases) would have cost us nearly a £1000 + insurance and also we are on holiday to relax and have a drink when you want so we opted to use taxis throughout. Does restrict you a bit for things like popping to the shops but we coped. Only day getting a taxi was an issue was the Saturday they are so busy so we stayed at villa all day having lots of fun in the pool etc thankfully we was well stocked up with food and drink but waited 2 hours for a taxi in the evening. So if you are a party of 5/6 who like us want to fully relax maybe hire just a little runaround for popping to shops. Using taxis all week worked out half the price of hiring a 9 seater. We used taxi pollenca and give the address of villa Es Moli on the cami de can seguinot entrance nearest port de pollenca. One bar you must go to is the Lemon bar set out over the water Lovely drinks and live music every night. We always went to Alcúdia Beach 20 min taxi ride roughly €25 each way but so worth it to be on a beautiful huge sandy beach with crystal clear water could have been on a Caribbean beach. All in all we had a fabulous holiday at this stunning villa.

Amazing location, huge villa and grounds

We absolutely loved this Villa!! The outdoor space is huge and we had great fun playing tennis and table tennis. Only a short drive to Puerto Pollensa where we ate most evenings. We enjoyed it so much we were hoping to rebook for a week in October but unfortunately it’s alrady full.. maybe next year! Only negative and it is very minor, the kettle was leaking and we never got a replacement, it just meant waiting a little longer while water boiled on the stove.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren schon das 2. Mal in dieser Finca. Pool war Ende Oktober noch warm, Tennis konnte auch abends bei kühleren Temperaturen gut genutzt werden (Flutlicht!). Alles sehr sauber, nur etwas muffiger Geruch im Haus. Vermieter war sehr nett und hat die bei Abreise vergessene Geldbörse nach Deutschland geschickt. Danke !

Tolle Finca in sehr schöner Lage

Eigentlich war alles so toll, wie es in der Objektbeschreibung angegeben ist. Einziges Manko - statt der angegebenen 3 Badezimmer gab es nur 2. Wir hätten drei benötigt. Ansonsten ist das Objekt riesig groß und sehr schön.

Schöne Finca

Haus und Grundstück waren geräumig und schön. Für 4 Pers. mehr als ausreichend. Grundstück lag schön in der Sonne. Wir konnten den Pool und den Jacuzzi ausprobieren und auch den Tennisplatz. Etwas abgelegen zwischen den Orten aber dafür schön ruhig. Auch die Eigentümer waren sehr nett. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ein sehr schöner Ort zum erholen

Wir hatten trotz durchwachsenen Wetters einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Villa hat einen sehr schönen gepflegten Außenbereich und einen schönen Pool. Der Whirlpool ging schließlich doch und hat trotz kühlem Wassers Spaß gemacht. Bei starken Regenfällen hatten wir leider ein paar Tropfstellen im Haus und es kam Wasser durch Fenster ins Schlafzimmer - es hat aber auch stark geregnet! Im Innenbereich ist einiges in die Jahre gekommen, einige Lampen hatten keine Glühbirne, Steckdosen/Antennendosen waren aus der Wand gefallen, die Zuordnung der Lichtschalter zu manchen Lampen war bis zum Schluss eine Lotterie und die Dusche könnte eine neue Wand und nen neuen Duschkopf bekommen. Was wir schade fanden, sind die kleinen Dinge für wenig Geld (z.B. Spülbürste/-schwamm, ordentliches Schälmesser), die fehlten. Haben wir gekauft und stehen hoffentlich den nächsten Mietern noch zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter war erst hilfsbereit (neue Nachttischlampe und Hilfe beim Whirlpool) hat sich dann aber nicht mehr sehen lassen, z.B. um uns neue Handtücher als Ersatz für die zum Aufwischen des Regenwassers benutzten zu bringen. Auch einen heilen Sonnenschirmfuß hätten wir gut gebrauchen können, wurde vom Vermieter aber nicht gebracht. Auch der wäre sicher für wenig Geld zu beschaffen gewesen. So mussten wir Steine Sammeln, um den kaputten zu beschweren. :-( Der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr gut und dort war man stets bemüht, uns zu helfen. Kleine Dinge haben manchmal ein Große Wirkung und schaffen schnell Zufriedenheit (5 Sterne). Bei uns war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis noch sehr gut. Unser größter Wunsch wären Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, dann kann man im Herbst wegen der leicht muffigen Luft im Haus besser Lüften - vor allem, wenn man allergisch ist. Wir hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit an einem schönen Ort = 4 Sterne.

Die Aussenanlage war sehr ansprechend und auch der Tennisplatz hat uns gut gefallen. Schade war, dass der Whirlpool nicht beheizbar ist. Die Badezimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten waren extrem hart. Durch das grosse Vordach ist das Wohnzimmer eher düster, was im Sommer sicher nicht so eine Rolle spielt, da es im Frühling noch recht frisch war, hat das etwas gestört. Insgesamt ist alles bis auf die Badezimmer aber recht gut in Schuss.

Fantastische Finca

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Aussenanlage super gepflegt. Pool und Tennisplatz genial. Und nur einen Katzensprung zu den Stränden und zum hübschen Dörfchen von Pollença. Agentur und Besitzer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
