This nice and modern apartment in Puerto Pollensa, It is on the 1st floor of a nice building of only 6 apartments,accesible through a wide stair case. It is located in a very good, quiet and central area , close to all facilities, cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. being the perfect base to get easily around everywhere.
The bus station/taxis /free car park are at just 1 mint away which gives you a choice, if you wish to use a car or public transport.

And it is at only 3mints walking distance to the sandy beaches and marina.
This spacious and comfortable residence has a nice living room that opens to the terrace where you can sit and enjoy a breakfast or a nice glass of wine relaxing with views to the main square and mountains. This illuminous accomodation will allow you to enjoy the esplendid spanish sunlight, while enjoying making your favourite meal in the fully equiped kitchen with an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, iron, microwave, kettle,toaster, etc, you can prepare your favourite meals speccially after a trip to the local market where you will find a great selection of fresh mediterranean products.
It has two nice and cosy bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and full size mirrors. You can pamper yourself in the big bathub or if you prefer just take a shower. Hairdayer available. In the laundry room you will also find iron/ ironing board, washing machine.
