We really had an absolutely wonderful time. Maria was very friendly and helpful. Perfect!
Property is well maintained and peaceful. Close to the beach but set away from the small town so u feel away from things. The views are amazing. Maria was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. We would happily go back!

Enjoyed our stay
Had a great holiday, villa well equipped. No aircon downstairs fan required. Directions were co-ordinates and had us at the harbour?. Just before latchi turn left at aphrodite store onto unmarked Rd,turn left at fork 400mtrs then left at finish health farm, continue to top of hill and sharp left for 100 mtrs and villa is on right. Saves wondering round at midnight like we were. The owners are very helpful and are next door if needed.

Villa Illiada
Lovely villa, Not as clean as first thought as it seemed to have been not used for the winter time as cupboards had a musty odour and could not have been cleaned before we arrived or the contents of cupboards would not have stunk as bad , so bad they were unusable (needed to wash them all) and the pool-man would turn up to clean the pool at 8pm which we found unacceptable , the plus side was the owner was very friendly and helpful

lovely location
latchi is a great place if you want to avoid the typical karaoke bars and english breakfasts. very picturesque town. however the villa itself does need a bit of refurbishment. it is quite dated and run down. uncomfortable beds and the kitchen cupboard were all quite musty. however, any problems we had (we had trouble with the washing machine) and the owners were straight over and fixed it. the villa was kept so clean and we had fresh towels and bed linen every 4 days! also the pool was cleaned frequently. the villas location is on farm up a hill, so whilst you don't need a car, it is a long, steep walk back in the heat with heavy shopping without one.

Great villa in good location
The villa is nice and spacious, clean and has most utensils/equipment etc that you need to enjoy the stay. It is a short drive down to the town of Latchi, you can walk through the resort nearby too, which is a quick access too. The view of the ocean is only possible from the top balcony, and is now interrupted by a large hotel building, but still a good spot up on the hill amongst the small orchards and farms.
